I went to Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks at around 9 plus to get myself a bowl of their oyster mee sua. i was so lucky, the auntie told be she only have one bowl left, but after checking the pot, she said the mee sua is only enough to fill about three quarter so she offered to give me more ingredients to make up the difference. as i am not really a big eater, i thought it was fine. she practically emptied the entire container of shredded chicken in, gave me five oysters instead of three. i was pre

I went to Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks at around 9 plus to get myself a bowl of their oyster mee sua. i was so lucky, the auntie told be she only have one bowl left, but after checking the pot, she said the mee sua is only enough to fill about three quarter so she offered to give me more ingredients to make up the difference. as i am not really a big eater, i thought it was fine. she practically emptied the entire container of shredded chicken in, gave me five oysters instead of three. i was pretty much filled up by the shredded chicken. i felt the gravy of the mee sua was really good, i asked for extra chilli and vinegar, i think it gave the mee sua more flavour.
