Crystal Jade Kitchen (Closed)

I decided to visit once again as I was feeling under the weather and crystal jade's vegetarian noodle soup never fails to make me feel better. I love the broth that was used with these noodles as there were so flavorsome. I like the idea that the noodles are not undercooked or overcooked which would have made them too soggy.
