This is the very first time I been to Swatow Seafood Restaurant. Didn't know what to expect, we just ordered a few signature dishes recommended on the menu. Golden Sand Prawn ($22) 金沙虾 is a must try! Another yummy dish that one must try is the O-Luat Teochew ($12) 潮州蚝烙. It's actually similar to oyster omelet. The oysters are so big and juicy, very fresh too! The omelet is crispy and the sauce that goes on top of the dish matches so well with everything. Yum!!
The pig trotters ($28) 脆皮元蹄 is a bit dry though. But the skin of the pig is very crispy still. With the provided sauce, this dish is overall Ok.
The Yam Paste ($13+ for 2 person) is nothing too fancy, I have tried a much better one elsewhere. It would be better if the pumpkin is softer in texture.
