Whenever I'm at my grandpa place, I'll go to Whampoa Market Place for Hokkien Mee... after that there's a renovation going on plus my grandpa moving out so a super long touch didn't went there...

So this time we were near by, we drop by to try...

It's not too wet and not too dry...The ingredients they use are also always fresh - so there's no fishy smell... A must-try!!
The sambal here was very tasty and not overly spicy...And the pork lard, oh the pork lard, one of the best I had ever tasted... Light, crispy and so fragrant. The combination of the noodles, chilli and pork lard really made my day...!!
