I ordered the beehoon together with some ingredients like mock char siew, curry vegetables and fried beancurd skin. The beehoon is fried until it is quite dry, so it will be better if you request for some gravy to be drizzled on the beehoon. I had some of the curry on my beehoon, so it was of the right wetness. The mock char siew is rather tough to bite but I loved the fried beancurd skin as it is very crispy. The next time I will probably reorder this fried beancurd skin and try other ingredients.
