I was having dinner with my classmates at ding tai feng one evening. Without a doubt I would order my favourite zha jiang noodles. I enjoyed it everytime I have it at ding tai feng and thus never fail to order it again whenever I come back. The noodles were nicely cut and cooked and the serving is huge for 1 person. The sauce that consist of minced meat is great as well, giving the noodles extra seasoning and flavours. The minced meat is sweet as it is cooked in the sauce. Just cant wait for the
