The duo hua is very very smooth and soft. I can eat 2 bowl one shot. It is cheap as well. But the attitude of the staffs and the environment of the place was not very pleasent. The place is always very crowded and the shop has limited tables and seats. It is a good location to go there for light supper with a few friends. Although it is fried fish fingers but it is not very oily. You wouldn't feel sick after eating it. The fries are served hot unlike other resturant where they serve cold fries. This is the best escargot i had until now. Its not too hard and the taste of the escargot just linger in your mouth even after you swallow it. I myself had two plate of this. The location is abit inaccessaible if you don't drive. The seafood is fresh and they are generous with the amount. The pasta is not too soggy. But the "sotong" is abit over cooked. The mash potato is very soft and the texture is just to my liking. The lamb is also well cooked. The meat can be easily tear off from the bone. Not much fats on the lamb.
