Nice Taiwanese dessert. Their black ball signature dessert is of a good portion, not too sweet. Yam, sweet potato and pearl's pretty Q. Grass jelly and red beans is a nice touch. For those whom doesn't like too much of the milky taste doesn't need to worry as the creamer is given separately You can opt for hot, warm, cold and icy. Bella Pasta, an Italian based cuisine, located at Robertson Quay along the Singapore River. High tendency that one would miss out as there are simply too many restaurants at Robertson Quay! But it's definitely worth a try! Apart from a wide range of pasta, Bella Pasta also serves meat, fish and seafood main courses. It's the same Italian-owned and run establishment as the Pizza resturant a few doors down. So You could request for pizza menu toSquid Ink Pasta ($24), something that not all might like. The appearance of the pasta comes with slimy black squid ink sauce which doesn't look appealing and negative side -having stain on your teeth and lips after dinner. Dim Sum Buffet (Each dish comes in 4 pieces)There are 23 dim sum (not inclusive of congee, soup, and dessert) available Dim sum that I’d recommend are Steamed Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gau),Deep Fried Sweet Sesame Ball and Steamed Seaweed Rolls With Shrimp Paste. As most of the dim sum are made of shrimp, I was sick of it after having a few of them; despite the fact that the shrimp are rather fresh.The steamed custard bun was also an big letdown. It was simply too sweet and doesn't have the melt in the mouth feel. I guess only those with super sweet tooth will love it. As for service wise, don't expect anything good from the staff.
