Excellent restaurant! We’ve tried both a-la-carte and buffet dining multiple times, and every experience was great. The food is delicious and offers a wide range of international cuisines (Asian, Indian, Western ), so there’s something new to try every day. Visited Amara Singapore’s Cafe Oriental with my colleagues and it was a fantastic experience! I had the CEO Laksa, which came with unique squid ink noodles and was packed with flavour.  Also ended with the mango bingsu, a refreshing and sweet treat. Honestly didn’t expect much, but wah the food was really good! Portions big somemore, all super fresh! The beef cheeks was cooked just nice, sourdough very good, and the avocado creamy-creamyy. Food here is really good value for money. The soup was fresh, hearty, and came in a pretty big portion, same for the bread.
