At Mado Cafe, it offers ice cream as well as main dishes with a hint of Turkish flavour in their international cuisine. Mado cafe has two areas for dining, indoor dining and outdoor dining. We decided to go for indoor dining as there is aircon and probably more comfortable. Looking at the extensive menu, i decided to order a grilled chicken chop with side dish: french fries and salad. The chicken chop is grilled to perfection, the skin is extremely crispy and the meat is tender, soft and moist. It tastes delicious as i love the spice and marination of the chicken. The brown sauce that comes with it complements the chicken really well, hence i do enjoy this meal. The side dishes are pretty average. Wan chai hong kong cafe serves a variety of hong kong fare such as chinese noodles, fried rice, sandwiches EtcThis was my first time dining at this restaurant. Once seated, you will be given an order form to place your order and then proceed to the cashier to order the food. I decided to order a beef egg rice and a side dish of Fried Tofu with briased mincepork. The beef egg rice was served warm, in a small bowl. The rice is at the bottom and on top of it lies slices of beef with a runny egg yolk. The top portion of the rice was drenched in the sauce, the beef was soft and not dry at all, it was cooked pretty well. In my opinion, the best way to enjoy this dish is to mix everything together, so that the flavour will be balanced and you will be able to savour the goodness in every mouth. For the fried tofu, the skin was incredibly crispy and the inside was soft. The mincepork was flavourful and quite delicious too! Overall, i enjoy my experience dining here and will frequent this restaurant again.…查看更多

Soyahouse is similar to mr bean and jollibean as it sells soyamilk and ice cream.Soyahouse has several ice cream flavours such as soyamilk, green tea and chocolate. I decided to order a double scoop with cone, soyamilk and green tea flavour.The ice cream is smooth and silky.As their specialty is soyamilk, i had higher expectations of their soya milk ice cream flavour. However, the soya taste is not distinct and rich enough.For the green tea flavour, it is quite milky but has a decent tea flavour.However i love the cone of the ice cream! It is crispy and sweet, a little similar to mr bean ice cream cone. This was my first time dining at the sushi bar! I had seen many reviews that the steak is a must order item in the menu, therefore i ordered a 100g sirloin steak fo $14.90. The steak was medium done. It was grilled to perfection and the meat was really tender and flavourful. Love how the steak was marinated and the marbling of the steak, gave a hint of sweetness when eaten. It was sliced thinly and overall grest presentation for this dish! Xin wang hk cafe serves a wide variety of food such as dim sum, snacks, chinese and western cuisine. I ordered a spaghetti with chicken chop @$12.90. It is one of the recommended item in the menu. The portion is quite big. The spaghetti is cream based and it is cooked perfectly. Although i feel the cream sauce is quite overwhelming, its quite nice! The chicken is grilled to perfection, well marinated and flavourful. The skin is crispy and the meat is extremely moist and tender. Since its opening, there were many reviews and people were raving on it online, posting pictures on instagram. This new kid certainly did make news and is still growing strong in the market! No matter what time of the day, there will bound to be long queues, people queuing for llao llao, be it guys or girls, the queue is crazy! Especially during lunch period. I decided to order a Sanum @$5.90 as it seemed to be the most popular choice. The Sanum consists of layers of yogurt with choice of toppings, fruits and sauce! I had the sanum with granola, kiwi, strawberries and chocolate sauce.The yogurt was yummy and tasted quite delicous! Soyahouse seems like a new kid in the block for soyamilk drinks and food! i chanced upon this shop while i was in far east plaza and decided to give it a try. I ordered their cold soyamilk without any toppings, sugar level 50%.The soyamilk is fragrant and has a distinct soya taste to it. The drink is smooth and not too sweet However i feel that it would probably be better if the drink had a richer and stronger soya bean taste. Compared to its competitors: Mr bean and jollibean, i would still prefer Mr bean! I had been to Marche several times and tried many of their food such as pizza, steak and rosti! Decided to try their dessert today. For the desserts, they offer ice cream, crepes, cakes and even have a chocolate fondue  As i have not try crepes before, i decided to order A chocolate banana crepe  The crepe is made to order and is served warm. It took only a short while for the crepe to be prepared. For the crepe, the skin is quite crispy but soft in the middle. The filling consists of a few pieces of banana and chocolate Sauce. I feel that they could be more generous in the fillings especially for the chocolate sauce as the cook only drizzled a little chocolate sauce in it ): Overall, this dessert is not really worth it. This was my first time dining at Paradise Dynasty! I decided to order the signature xiao long bao, which comes in 8 different colours and flavours! The distinct flavours are: Original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and sze chuan.For these 8 xiao long bao, the skin is delicate and soft, filled with a generous amount of pork filling and not forgetting the fragrant broth In the xiao long bao. I love the original and crab roe the most. The crab roe has a unique taste to it. For some flavours such as the cheese and black truffle, there wasnt much of a distinct taste to it, instead it tasted quite original, except for the colour. Overall, this dish is great and thumbs up for the creativity in the Colourful xiao long baos! …查看更多

This was my first time trying mala hotpot. There was always a long queue especially during peak hours (Lunch and dinner) To order, you will pick a minimum of 6 ingredients and decide what level of spicyness you desire. There are a wide range of ingredients to choose from: vegetables, fish, pork, tofu etc I shared this with my friend. We picked 6 ingredients: lotus, vegetables, luncheon meat, chicken breast, broccoli and we chose spicy level to be medium. The bill was around $18.Basically, the food was great but not as spicy as i expected. It was quite fragrant based on the oil and marinade used. The lotus was fried and crispy, one of my favourite! The chicken breast was delicious too, quite tender without being too dry. However, the food was incredibly oily as the base was filled with lots of chili oil.  Overall, i feel that this dish was abit overated and not really worth it. …查看更多

Mr bean specialise in soy based products which sells not just soya milk drink but pancakes and snacks too! Mr bean sells a wide variety of pancakes such as chocolate, kaya, peanut butter and cheese etc. Hazelnut Royale pancake is a premium flavour and is brought back by popular demand! My favourite is the Hazelnut Royale pancake. The pancake is soy based and filled with a generous amount of filling. I love it when it is served warm as the pancake is fresh, soft and chewy. Inside the pancake lies a luxurious amount of chocolate hazelnut filling filled with hazelnut bits. Yong tau foo is a delicious and healthy meal to have in foodcourts. I decided to order yong tau foo with rice. Unlike the typical yong taufoo stalls which you may choose the ingredients, for this stall, they have fixed ingredients so you can just choose which combo you would love to order. I ordered the one with 5 ingredients which consists of tou fu (with meat), tau pok, fishball and beancurd. For the tofu, it is different from other stalls as it has meat on it too. The rest of the ingredients are pretty average. The soup is fragrant and not too salty( which does not contain as much msg). Everything With Fries has several outlets In singapore: orchard central, bugis and holland village. The menu at orchard central is different from the other two, it specialises more on burger sets (fries and drink) than main dishes. I ordered a Slider meal with garlic fries and ice lemon tea @$11.90. An ala carte burger is $8.90 and since an add on is additional $3, why not?  The slider burger consists of beef(minced beef), bacon, mushroom and cheese between two buns. The ingredients in it reminds me of Burger king swiss burger, perhaps due to the combination of all the ingredients. The burger looks more like a hot dog bun compared to the typical round buns. The burger is nice and they are quite generous with the fillings. However, it will be better if they included tomatos or lettuce in the burger. The garlic fries are nice but quite soggy which was quite disappointing, considering their fries should be their specialty. …查看更多

Paris Baguette is a bakery which serves bread, cakes, salads and drinks! It is a great place to chill and have desserts with your friends after a day of shopping or dinner As i had heard many great reviews about royal pudding from Paris Baguette, i decided to order the original milk custard pudding. The pudding itself is milk flavoured and it has caramel sauce at the bottom. The pudding is extremely soft and silky, texture is similar to the 'LaoBan' beancurd. Din Tai Fung is one of the world's famous Chinese restaurant, specializing in Chinese dishes and of course xiao long bao! Din tai fung always has a long queue especially during dinner time where you may expect to wait up to 1 hour. It is common to see many people standing outside the restaurant with a paper and pencil, filling up their orders while waiting for their seats. Many hoping that the waitress will call out their numbers so that they can finally get to have a meal in the restaurant.I ordered the fried rice with shrimp and eggs. This is an extremely popular dish, whereby it only consists of  rice, shrimps, eggs, and spring onions. This fried rice is really delicious, tasty up till the very last grain. The rice is soft and moist, definitely not dry. The shrimps are very fresh and succulent, not those small shrimps you usually find in other fried rice dishes. The rice is fried with lots of eggs which make it extremely fragrant and all the ingredients complement well together. In addition, the dish is not very oily! the steamed pork dumplings which contains minced pork wrapped in a delicate dough skin, which is then pleated, twisted at the top and steamed. The xiao long bao itself consists of a minimum of 18 exquisite folds which requires extremely great techniques and skills to master it well.The xiao long bao skin is soft and delicate, the interior is filled with the broth which is flavourful but quite oily. The meat which makes up the filling is tender and delicious! The way to eat the xiao long bao is to dip it in soya sauce with vinegar and put the whole piece in your mouth, to savour the taste and enjoy every bite of it smileThis is indeed a delicacy and a must to order at din tai fung!
