The Line has traditionally been one of the more expensive buffets in town! That being said, it is also one of the buffets that offer the largest variety of dishes, be it main courses or desserts! This is what i love about the place! The fresh oysters, succulent desserts, there really isn't much that you can ask for!Even for traditional items, they are made really nicely! Appreciate the effort they put into their desserts as well!! A must-try! Even though you might have to stretch into your pockets slightly! The people at The Line are also really very friendly! Service is pretty exceptional! Waiters and waitresses come by every once in a while to take a look at how you are doing and whether they can help you with anything! Since young, i've always been a fan of Fish & Co, and will always pester my parents to bring me there on occasions like birthdays etc. I really love the platter they offer because i'm just such a greedy person! Also, with the wide variety that they offer, you really get to settle all your cravings! When i found out that MFM had a 1-for-1 deal for its platter, i immediately brought my mum to go with me. The flaming prawns along with the garlic mayo that they really made it a good meal!I think the best part of the meal was the calamari! Especially when they were paired with the garlic mayonaise which you can make on your own! The garlic offers a great punch to the entire dish! I was very lucky to have been introduced to this brownie goodness when i was in school. One of the shops in my canteen offered packets of brownies that were produced by Posh. At first, i didn't really think much of it until i tried it, and i never went back since then! Love how chewy it is! We decided to get it for one of our friends for her birthday! And they offer great designs as well!Everyone will be glad to know that an average slice of the brownie costs only about 4 bucks? And this entire huge brownie that we got was about 20 bucks only!! I think when you're still a kid, most people hate ingredients like garlic. However, when i grew up, i started to like the taste of garlic more and more! This place being extremely near to my ex-school and because i was armed with a couple of vouchers and coupons to this place, dinner was the plan! Didnt't really expect much from this place since i hadn't heard much, but i can say i was pleasantly surprised.We got the seafood pizza first, and the blend of cheeses that they choose was a good combination, and gave a very pleasant touch to the pizza. Always lazy to travel, my family always goes nearby for a meal, or most of the time, we just stay at home! After the first few times visiting this place, we realised that it offers pretty good food that isn't too expensive at the same time! My favourite dish is their speciality hotplate tofu! My family is not very adventurous and interesting, and since i was young, we have always gone to Swensen's to celebrate our birthdays! However, this doesn't dilute the fact the fact that Swensen's offers comfort food that my family never gets sick of! This place has always been of my favourite places to go to if i ever want to get some japanese food! The flavours are good, and so are the freshness of the ingredients! The problem was, they had ran out of batter that day and we would not be able to get a taste of them! Was in the vicinity today and my bro suggested that we drop by to try the fish and chips at this place! I went for the cod, and till now, am not too sure whether i made the right choice! I think the batter was pretty good, and the fish was fried till a pretty good state. However, i couldn't really taste the freshness of the fish or the taste of the fish!
