I have heard that Lim Chee Guan is quite famous so I went to  the Chinatown Branch to buy some. When I arrived at the shop at around 2:00pm , there was already a long queue. It  took around 20 minutes for me to buy the honey glazed pork jerky which was filled with the fragrance of charcoal and glazed with a layer of honey.  It looked very delicious particularly those frizzled parts...

黎到星加坡,自己一個,都唔知食咩,林住搭地鐵時見到食間小食店,有大大粒魚蛋,林起香港既長洲大魚蛋lol 所以叫左串黎試下~ 都幾彈牙,又重魚味😋 佢仲有隻仲大粒既😁,我無試呢~

除了A Noodle Story的拉麵, Amoy Street Food Centre的米芝蓮店還有這家桐記牛肉粿條. 店子賣的只有一款菜式, 海南牛肉粉.海南牛肉粉 $5: 8.5分, 分濕和乾兩個款式, 遷就小晴晴, 吃濕的吧. 先喝口湯, 很清甜, 無添加. 牛肉呈微紅, 入口帶肉的鮮味, 肉質嫩滑, 很久沒有吃過如斯水準的出品了. 至於麵條, 質感對辦, 小晴晴也很喜歡吃.很傳統的味道, 有水準的海南牛肉粉, 桐記牛肉粿條是值得推介的米芝蓮小店.

偶爾跟新相識朋友去食佢哋話一流嘅蟹適逢,呢次trip係食蟹嘅季節,而我仲係一個「蟹后」我梗係要去試吓啦! 中型肉蟹超香噴噴以先蒸熟後焗香既手法,未上枱已經聞到廚房傳出來的香味。原隻上枱中間劏開一打開裡面嘅膏超多,香味就係來自焗時搽上蟹肚既甜甜辣辣既秘製醬料yummy問過佢地原來佢哋都係揀蟹公!膏又香又軟棉棉!中型size 只係38蚊,一人一隻絕對超值! 附近咁多美食,最好係黎食呢隻蟹再去挑戰其他!

已是下午兩點過外,排隊大概十分鐘, 前面也有很多人慕名前來。白切雞肉質嫰、而且顏色真的很白、雞皮很薄,加上橙紅色的酸醋汁和薑蓉做得好細緻,這樣來撈飯,真系好好味;配多一客魷魚小吃(其實系白焯),雖不是一種貴價海鮮,但蘸酸醋汁一起吃,味道又表現出色。tongue
