Sauce was OK but meat was too tough and some pieces had the stench as if they were not fully cooked.

Boneless chicken (thigh) tastes better than breast meat and there are lots of vegetables. Didn't like the sweet potato noodles and portion size which is not friendly to single customers.

Disliked the cream in the middle of the glass rather than placed on the top so that I can remove it. Kanten was cut in messy manner thus sizes vary a lot and affected texture. Ice cream was OK though.

Hardly tasted the yuzu. Soup was light and not too salty. The thick ramen was rather lumpy towards the end.

Too much tomato sauce to kill the taste of the pork chop which was slightly tough. Buns tasted good as they was lightly toasted on the top.

Noodles were not that springy and lacked flavour. Shuijiao broke open even before eating so it was messy to scoop up the contents and skin together.

The flavour of the sauce was not fully absorbed by the chicken so the meat was quite bland. Smell of star anise was too overpowering in the sauce.

Very rich flavours with mushrooms in its entirety and not diced finely. Truffle oil may seem too strong when served but the smell blends nicely into the soup.
