This was really good too and not at all oily. I'm not sure how they did this but I could taste the basil and something else. Very pleasant and refreshing in a way.

This was really good! The charred bell pepper was crispy and slightly sweet, which was then slightly salty when you dip it with the miso foam at the side. Pity there wasn't more!
