I was back to Latitude Bristro at Sentosa Cove again. I love the outdoor dining and enjoying watching the yatch. I ordered the Cod plate this time. The dish was presented with local vegetable like carrot, broccoli and berry tomatoes. The quanlity of the cod is substantial and its taste was excellent. It was grilled and yet could enjoy the golden crispy texture of cod.

It was an excellent meal while enjoying this restaurant. What a luxury way and wish and moment stays.

November was my birthday month and I received a mini cupcake from my niece. It was not a big cake but a small cupcake costing her $2.80 from West Coast Plaza and presented the cake to her Aunt. It was a great blessing.

Though small to satisfy my craving, it was a sweet cake. I took small mouthful as I know a single mouthful could have finish the cake. I ate and tasted the caramel flavor and the smooth caramel melted and flowed through my tongue.

The cake texture is small. It was about 2 cm height.

I had breakfast meeting at the Shangrila Hotel. It was a 6-star hotel. The choice of food is not wide but the quality of food is present. I had Asparagus, Onion & cheese quiche, assorted Danish Pastries and assorted bread.

The quiche is still in its solid shape. it is not broken into pieces. Though it is filled with cheese, the cheese does not make it too cheesy. The Danish pastries are crispy and not buttery. The bread is still fresh with ham, cheese filling.

As for beverage, coffee and tea and juices like Guava and Apple juices were served.

I visited the Marina Square Food Court and noticed a prize winning Rojak stall - Apa Rojak. It has a wide choice such as the Apa Rojak priced from $4, $6 and $8. The stall also servers the vegetarian dinner also priced at 3 tiers like the Apa Rojak. The cuttlefish kangkong is more expensive starting from $6, $8, and $10. The interesting dish is the rojak mee hoo priced at $3.

I ordered the simple Apa Rojak at $4. The taste is refreshing. It has guava. It is as good as eating high fibre rojak.

This is my first visit to Fat Boy Burger or the Burger Bar. The impression given to me that the store is very small. There is self-help kiosk to place the burger order. It is very innovative with with panel asking the choice of bread, meat and vegetable. To a diner who wants to eat healthy, this is a place that Fast Food Restaurant like McDonald, Burger King should learn.
The choice of bread that I had was Honey Oat bun and with grilled chicken. I selected tomatoe slices, shredded lettuce and pickle as my vegetables.
When the food was presented to me, I was excited to see the meal was the well displayed in a mini tray with a box of fried and the burger. The burger is thick, hot and juicy. I have never tasted such authentic burger. It is as good as a dish. The fried is long and thick and fried till golden. I enjoyed this burger meal.
