It was hot afternoon and I did not want to overwork my liver so I decided to consume ice cream at Marble Stab Creamery at Bugis+.
Consuming ice cream at lunch is not common so there was no crowd at the Marble Stab.  It was very quiet. The stall was rather open with 3 tables. There were wide assorted flavours  estimated about 24 flavours.  There flavours that I noticed were not the fancy name rather it is more of beverage nature such as mocha, thai milk, strawberry, chocolate mint.
With so many flavours, choosing the right flavour is a task.  I sampled a few flavours and decided the Irish cream ($4.90).  I chose this cream as it was more of British nature and it would be rich in cream texture to fill my hunger spank. 
At last, I had my first cup of Marble Stab ice cream.  The store helper gave me more than a single scope.  The scope has covered the cup.  The plastic spoon was unusual as it has the name – Marble Stab printed. The texture is creamy and it has no feel of icy texture.  Irish creamy does not taste like cameral nor coffee or chocolate.  It has a mixture of everything.  The ice cream is also soft yet it does not melt easily.
I enjoyed the Irish cream flavour Marble Stab.

This was my time trying Flavour & Spices. From the look of the table setting, the caterer had taken every effort to bring up a good eating ambience. I had Thai Olive Rice. The rice was fine and soft and not oily. The next item was the Nyonya Chap Chai. From the way the food was cooked, it looked Peranakan style. The cabbage was not overcooked. It did not turn out too soft.

Usually, I had cereal prawn but for this caterer, they tried the cereal fish. It was rather unusual. By using cereal, the fish must be cut to appropriate size otherwise I would expect to see broken fish meat. Well, the fish turned out well partily with the cereal to bring up the taste. The curry chicken was tasty. It was not spicy hot and yet not oily. The only thing that was lacking was no potato.

The Catering used the tin canister for their hot beverage. This gave me the impression that I was enjoyed meal at a Hotel.

I enjoyed the meal.

I had refreshement and the host served us CJS refreshment. There were two main courses ie the Laksa Goreng and the vegetarian mee hoon. The Laksa Goreng was dry and used the laksa paste to fry. Ingredient to go with the Laksa Goreng are egg and prawn. The taste was great and spicy. The vegetarian mee hoon used the mock flour as char siew together with green vegetable. The two staple dishes tasted good and spicy.

The other side items were the golden lotus pau. The pau is round and rich with lotus paste. At one bite, the lotus paste flows out from the pau. The next side item to go with the staple items is the fish ball. The fish ball has gravy and it does not make dry. The sauce was tasty. The other hot item was the baked chicken pie. The pie was hot and the top crust of the pie raised up.

The other cold side is the Éclair. The Éclair was still chilling while serving.

I love the all the food as it was served as the right time with warm and right taste. The food was wonderful. I enjoyed and had many servings.

I was tired after a long walk along Orchard Road and wanted to rest my aching feet so I decided to entered the Coffee Club and order 2 cup of latte coffee.
The crew took sometime to heat the coffee maker. However, the wait was not long as we were enjoying the ambience. The restaurant was quiet and the crew was courtesy in his service. The place was also clean and there were sufficient seat arrangement such as round table for a large group.

When the hot coffee was placed on our dining table, the decoration make over the coffee top was lovely. I delayed my drink as I did not want to damage the drawing done by the crew. I supposed that it required a long of time to reach to level of drawing wonderful drawing on the coffee. The coffee was smooth and thick in texture. There was strong coffee aroma. As I love hot drink, I finished the cup of coffee before the steam vanished.

I was curious what TCC offered at the Store and went into the store to take a look. I was surprised that TCC do sell Pineapple Tarts. The tarts are unique. The crew was generous in the portion. I was offered a full piece rather than crumble one.

The tart has an unique design. It shows the picture of lovely terry bear and it is not to butterly and yet crispy. The pineapple is not too sweet nor big portion. The size of the tart is similar to size of fishball, round in shape, instead of flat.

TCC is selling the tart at $18.80 during the valid period. It comes in 2 boxes. Each box contains 10 tarts of individual packing. The crew was courteous and patient to explain the details of TCC tart. The restaurant was quiet and well lighted.
