This is our favorite noodle store in the whole Food Court. My friend will order this whenever, he comes for a visit. My mum will buy this regularly for my breakfast.

I just had it this morning!

The noodles are really neat, clean and crunchy. There's no ghee taste at all, and the occupying dark soya sauce is not salty at all. Most people patronized this stall and they are always busy, and they usually sell out by lunch!

You can also try their shredded chicken hor fun. Just as good. And not salty too! smile

Meat Ball Soup and Mee Pok Soup! Smile Mar 10, 2011

Categories : Singaporean | Food Court | Hawker Centre

Here, they cook and serve the typical Mee Pok and Meat Ball Soup with rice.

I will order Mee Pok soup, and the auntie ask me, if I am sure. I said yes. Usually people will order Mee Pok dry and not soup. The soup is really nice with some MSG, but golly it just taste good. The Mee Pok is also quite QQ and not soggy at all.

I will also order their Meat Ball Soup. That's mostly because I really like their soup. The meat balls are quite bouncy and firm. No awful after taste or what. smile

I would eat here regularly, that the uncle actually knows me and know my preference for my Char Kuay Teow. Extra dark with extra sweet sauce. Haha.

However when the auntie takes over mostly in the afternoon, she's not that generous with the sweet sauce.

They also serve a good black carrot cake. Once again, the keyword here is sweet sauce. haha.

Do try it, their food taste good, at least for me. smile

Categories : Singaporean | Food Court | Chinese Soup

This food court is supposed to be 24 hours, but most of the stall will close by 10 p.m, and the only stall still open past midnight will be the Fish Soup stall.

It's manned by mostly China Chinese, I find their fish soup quite tasty! I would order one fish soup with rice, and then request for another bowl of "free" soup.

The thing is the "Free" soup will not have the Chinese wine they put in the fish soup which makes it taste so much BETTER! smile

I would eat here again.

I have better chicken rice else! Cry Mar 10, 2011

Sorry to say but the chicken rice here is not that good. The rice is not that fragrant and the chicken, well is too soggy for me, not firm or tender at all.

I think they cut some corners here preparing the chicken here, so I tend to avoid patronizing this stall.
