Singapore Expo was never a place I will hang out at on days when the halls are empty. But with the appearance of fArt tArtz Cafe, it kind of changes what I thought of Expo. It has a theme of a garden, with decorations of flowers and mini grass patches. During the broad daylight, it does make the cafe lively and vibrant!

Passion Fruit Soda ($4.50). There are places where such drink is too sweet, more like drinking syrup, but fArt tArtz's version is just nice. Refreshing sweet drink for a hot and humid weather in Singapore.

Minty Fruity ($4.80). More of like a healthier drink for the health-conscious ones. Under the menu section of "Infused/Detox H2O", it tastes more like mineral water, with a little sweetness coming from the fruits submerged in the mug.

Grilled Hot Wings ($8.50). Six pieces of yummy-licious wings, spread with my guess of chili oil. It's damn yummy for the tender and nicely grilled wings, and a tad of spiciness from the skin!

Pepper Chix Linguine ($10.90). My first-of-a-kind to have pasta served in a jar, eating directly from it, and a bunch of seasonal veggies at the side. Love their neither spongy nor stiff pasta, which is cooked just nice for chewing, and tender chicken chunks cooked with black pepper.

Chunky Chicken Grilled Sandwiches ($7.90). Simple sandwich with ample amount of chicken meat with mayonnaise. Deem satisfactory for breakfast!
Highlight of fArt tArtz Cafe is their dessert as mentioned earlier. So dessert is definitely a must-try if you are in Expo!

Strawberry Short Tart ($6.80). Definitely not one-of-a-kind to have dessert in jar, but still ordered it. Thinking why had I not try the exotic flavors such as lychee-misu and so on... Anyway, their strawberry short tart is not bad, but the best is coming up next!
Orange Choco Mud Tart ($5.50). The mud tarts are definitely the major highlight of fArt tArtz Cafe. Unique presentation of dessert in a miniature flower pot, with perhaps choco powder at the brim to represent soil! For people who doesn't knew, might really mistake it as edible soil?

In any case, any little surprise in the tart itself, where you can pop into some orange pulps! Managed to sense a few while enjoying every spoon I took, and next I was enjoying even more popping the pulps in my mouth instead~ For your information, the flower is made of plastic, and other than the pot, the flower is inedible as well.. "Regret-ness"!

Wheeler's Yard's menu may not have an extensive food items, but each of them does seem interesting enough to land you in an indecisive mode! Menu board is available near the indoor entrance, and you are welcome to grab one and head back to your table for "discussion".
Ham & Cheese Panini ($16.90) with garden salad and fries. If you are a person who does not prefer cheesy food, Ham & Cheese Panini should not be an option then. But for those cheesy peeps like me, I am loving it! I also love their fries, because it is not the skinny ones!
Otah Burger ($16.90). Wheeler's yard uses mackerel fish patty with cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato, stacked in between brioche buns and a side portion of fries. Brioche bun is about an adult palm size, which is bigger than usual burgers. Strong fish-flavored otah taste that I can't stop for another bite.
If the usual cafe drinks are too mainstream for you, they do have a bar-like counter at the entrance of the outdoor seating. If you are dropping here at night, you might be able to catch a different side of Wheeler's Yard, where drinkers and cyclists-alike gather for a chat.
Seems like a place ideal for pro-cyclists to drop-in for some filling food and purchasing add-on for their bicycles before heading back to track. I love how spacious it looks, and the planning put into the decoration.
I have definitely heard of how bad their food taste and serving time is pretty ridiculous. Perhaps efficiency and improvements have been injected into the cafe, my waiting time was less than 15 minutes on a crowded weekend morning where I queued for an estimated of 5-10 minutes to have my food ordered, but food is definitely a thumbs!

I love the spacious seating arrangement, and looks great enough to host large groups or gatherings.
Typhoon Bloom ($14.90) is made of hand-cut fried onion strings with Outback's secret seasonings. Onion strings are stacked up to form a hemisphere, and is suitable for probably 2-3 pax. My first thought to it was calamari rings, and the mention of onion doesn't really interests me that much. But my first crispy onion string got me asking for more.
Appetizer Duo ($16.90) on the other hand, doesn't look as appetizing as it sounds. A combination of kookaburra wings and crispy calamari, which only kookaburra wings won our hearts. With the mild spicy level we took, the tender and juicy buffalo wings are just too hard to resist.
Toowoomba Chicken ($24.90) consists of sauteed chicken and buttom mushroom, with oven-grilled chicken and seasonal veggies. It seems like a lighter and healthier dish as compared to the other mains we ordered following up, but price is definitely worth lesser for the quality of the food.
Outback Special ($29.90 for 8oz) comes with two sides. A signature item in Outback Steakhouse where sirloin is used to serve diners. I ordered the Aussie Fries ($4.90) and Sweet Baked Potato ($6.90) for my sides, and added on Sauteed Shrooms ($2.90) and Peppercorn sauce ($1.90) for my rare-cooked sirloin. I do love their fries and potato, but their sirloin is not really up to my expectation.
Bacon Cheeseburger ($19.90) uses ground beef topped with bacon, American cheese, pickles, onions, mayo, lettuce and tomato. Aussie Fries are also served with all their burgers and sandwiches.
Typhoon Burger ($19.90) also uses ground beef, but with toppings of onion strings, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and Typhoon Bloom sauce.

This is quite an outdated post, and having said that, OZ Specialty Coffee has shifted and currently operating under Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters.
OZ Specialty Coffee's menu did a full coverage, starting from drinks to desserts. While their food and dessert are limited to finger-counting, their drinks are much thirst for with "stars" to indicate its hot favorites!
However, we have little interests in the drinks and decided to strike on their breakfast platters, which looks so inviting!
Big Breakfast ($14.00), consists of buttered scrambled eggs, perfectly-cooked bacon strips, pork frankfurter sausage, alain millet's strawberry jam with multi-grain toast, tomatoes, as well as mesclun salad mix with home-made honey.
I have to admit OZ Specialty Coffee really serve their scrambled eggs generously, which can be perhaps 2-3 eggs used? The sausage is another one worth commending, due to its juicy and dainty meat. If you are think strawberry jam with toast is too mainstream, then you are wrong. Alain Milliat's strawberry jam is not too sweet, yet still embraces your taste buds with the strong aroma of strawberry.
Salmon Platter ($18.00), consists of buttered scrambled eggs, 4-5 slices of smoked salmon, alain millet's tri-floral honey with multi-grain toast, tomatoes, as well as mesclun salad mix with home-made honey.
Specifically, not much difference from the Big Breakfast, except the replacement of frankfurter sausage and bacon strips for smoked salmon. OZ Specialty Coffee served pieces of salmon rolled up, and stacked neatly beside one and another. Salmons are well-smoked, but being a not-so-appreciative person (for the raw, fishy taste), I feel that this dish could have been undervalued by me. But other than the salmon, the rest of the dish is equally nice as with Big Breakfast! I enjoyed my mesclun salad very much with the honey, still leaving an amount untouched after spilling some on my soft & crispy toasts.
Ordered Belgium Liege Waffles which is limited per day. Salted Caramel & Banana Waffles ($10.90). A pair of puffy waffles with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh banana slices, drizzled with homemade salted caramel sauce and toasted almond slices. Waffles are hard, but comes with a little crunchiness. Take it along with the ice cream and banana slice to appreciate the waffle more!

The whole place looks pretty "ATAS" (high-class). Separated by wooden planks walkway, left side is the drinks bar, while right side is more to the teppanyaki concept. In addition, one side of the outside seating is more to chilling at night for drinks, with low tables, while another side of the exterior is more for normal dining. Interior seating is available as well at the far end of the restaurant. It seems that boCHINche has took great effort in their designing concept and able to accommodate the different needs of their patrons, be it for food or for drinks.

Pan & Manteca ($7.00). House-baked bread and their salted butter is one of the best starter before the mains. Freshly-baked fluffy bread and spread with butter makes it awesome with both kids and adults.

Classic Provoleta, Almonds & Honey ($17.00). If salted butter is not good enough, chuck a piece of this on top of your bread and it works just as good as the butter!

Yellow Fin Tuna, Grilled Pak Choi, Spicy Humita & Crispy "Aji Molido" Tofu ($30.00). Big fat and fleshy tuna, dabbing against a light amount of cheese set aside, is definitely worth the price paid for.

Brioche French Toast, House-cooked Ham & Bacon Ice Cream ($19.00). What's unique about this dish is the bacon ice cream! With the "concoction" of bits of bacon with vanilla ice cream, it may receive both praises and criticisms.
House Chorizo Sausage, Malbec Braised Ox Cheeks & Caramelised Onions ($25.00). Pork sausage is quite tasteless to me, but tried it with the sweet dark sauce will be able to compensate for the blandness.

"Chimichurri" Burger v2.0 ($28.00). With the provolone cheese, tomato, onions, pancetta and fried hen egg, the burger is pretty much a hot favorite in boCHINche.

Grilled Pineapple, Mate Tea Granite & "Arroz Con Leche" Sorbet, Lemon Crumble ($18.00). Ended our meal at boCHINche with a dessert. I do love their rice pudding sorbet, which is of the right balance for its sweetness.
