We went to the outlet at Parkroyal Hotel for dad's eary birthday dinner.

The place was not too crowded on a sunday evening. We chose the set menu which seems to serve a wider variety.

We had the dimsum platter as the first dish followed by a the usual sharkfin soup, some meat, stir fried vegetables and noodles.

The highlight of the dinner is the si chuan style fish. Hot and spicy just perfect for me~~

Dessert was their infamous beancurd..simple but satisfying ;)

A humble japanese restuarant nestled at a quiet part of the bustling Orchard Road. If you are at Forum, this is a nice place to check out.

Love the sushi, definitely better than those in big sushi chains in town. Do try the salmon mentai sushi!!!!!

Moreover, reasonably priced. A hidden gem in orchard ^_^

The most impressive item of the restaurant is their complementary bread-in-a-cup. Best bread that I ever had!!

We had their signature lobster angel hair pasta which was $$$ as well as their risotto. Thumbs up!

Their molten lava chocolate cake was nothing very extraordinary though satisfying. Bonus points for the chocolate button on the house at the end of the meal.

Not a cheap meal on the whole. However, worth a try for the experience and ambience. Not forgetting the bread! yummmmmmsmile

The unforgettable bread~~~

Went to the other outlet located at upper east coast road.

Tried their sushi maki, the chirashi don and the yakitori. The sushi taste fresh, simply melts in your mouth. After eating the chirashi don, we would definitely want to try the sashimi the next round.

It was a nice dinner. Definitely going back again albeit the queue ^_^

Went to the market for brunch on sat morning. Most of the stalls have long queues, this is the one with acceptable people in front of me.

Had tried their fish wantan before (these can be bought home raw and to be boiled as soup)
So decided to try their hor fan. The noodles look good, but it seems to early for noodles.

Hmmm nothing very extraordinary but it is a staple food and wantan filling is nice with crunchy water chestnut within the fish paste ;)
