The Food

 
This time round, I had broccoli, pumpkin and meat for my mixed veg rice. I am a pumpkin and broccoli fan. Personally, I find the food quite decent. Not too salty.. Maybe it would be better if they can give my more ingredients this time.. The meat was quite tough on that day though.

The Price
Price was quite reasonable since it is a food court and there is discount with kopitiam card as usual.

Instead of the usual toast bread or coffee and tea, I had this traditional cake for tea this afternoon. I like it as it reminds me of the past and it is not easy to find such traditional cake elsewhere nowadays already. However, I am not very happy with the serving of each slice of traditional cake. It was way too small for the price I paid for. I hope toast box can work on this..

This is one of my favourite stalls when I want to eat hokkien mee. I like it so much because this hokkien mee stall actually use beehoon in their hokkien mee. It is not the usual wet hokkien mee. I like it when my hokkien mee is served dry. Hard to find dry hokkien mee so I love this stall a lot. However, serving size of my hokkien mee was quite small though.. Overall, NICE.

Instead of ordering cake or any mains or even coffee, I decided to try their tea selection this time. So I ordered their earl grey tea. I like how the tea is served as it is presented in a very nice cup and tray. Taste wise, it was pretty good. I like it.

The Ambiance
The place was quite cool as you can choose to sit outdoor or indoor. However, it is not very accessible.

Whenever I crave for dim sum, Victor's Kitchen is always one of the places I would visit as it is near town area. Instead of my usual order of their very well-known liu sa bao (egg custard bun), I decided to order their char siew bao this time round. This bao did not disappoint as well. Though I still prefer their liu sa bao, this char siew bao is a good choice if you wanna try other bao too. A bad point is that there is a lack of variety at Victor's Kitchen.
