green tea pancake OK Oct 17, 2012

i like the filling but not the pastry. the filling is nice and fragrant and very very sweet. it is also very sticky. the green tea flavour is prominent. the pastry however, is hard and dry and not soft. it is nicely browned and smelled good but there is a layer of grease and i would prefer eating it hot and not cold. service is inconsistent and some days it is good. about $1

great curry Smile Oct 17, 2012

love the yellow curry here. you can even buy it home and make it yourself. but it's so good here. hot and fresh. and very fragrant. there is a large chicken leg in there and some potatoes and egg. the curry sauce is so wonderful you just have to drink it all eventhough it is so thick with chilli oil and other oils. very good with hardy crunchy bread to soak up all the gravy. quite spicy. about $6

green tea latte OK Oct 17, 2012

love the ice cold green tea latte here. i think you can get it hot too. it is very very sweet and sticky and clings to your teeth. there is a ncie green tea flavour and fragrance, although it can be a bit fake. the nice green colour is soothing. best to get it in a huge size so as to be satisfied as it is moreish. however the huge size costs about $12. nice and creamy too. service is slow and always making mistakes with the orders...

nice pizza OK Oct 17, 2012

the pizza here requires you to cut it with a pair of scissors which they provide. very odd. would prefer a proper pizza cutter. anyway, it's because the pizza is so chewy that why you need a pair of scissors. the dough and crust was very very good. fresh, crunchy, between thick and thin, and nicely chewy. the toppings were very sparse. almost nothing on it!less than 5 leaves of basil. some cheese and 3 slices of tomatoes. so sad! but it tasted good. takes forever to arrive at the table as they have to make it from scratch when you order! about $23!

another neighbourhood bakery. but it is fantastic! love their mooncakes. and reasonable pricing. they are directly opposite breadtalk and the definitely have more customers and variety of buns then breadtalk. service is lousty and unfriendly. but the variety is great. love the custard egg yolk bun! grainy bits of egg yolk custard was fresh and rich and well balanced. the bun was baked not steamed. very fragrant and moreish. about $2.50
