Roti Prata  OK Mar 22, 2011
Categories : Indian | Food Court

I only ordered the roti prata even though i think their india rojak seem better then their roti prata.

The roti prata is still ok to me, as it can be crispy while is hot, but after sometimes, the roti prata will be quite "chewy".

Probably i will recommend one to try their india rojak as i always see other tables ordering that.

Mixed Vegetable OK Mar 22, 2011
Categories : Coffeeshop

Tried a few times of the mixed vege rice here, as usually by evening, most of the other stores will be closed due to good business.

The variety here is quite limited, especially for vegetable choices. As the meat lovers, maybe you will like, as the meat variety have sweet and sour ribs, chicken , fish, curry chicken, chicken wing, and more.

The price of one plate of rice with 2 vege cost only $1.80. bowl

Therefore ,you may like to try this store especially when you have a tight wallet. mad

hint : go with the curry sauce to make the meal more delicious

Wanton noodle  OK Mar 22, 2011
Categories : Coffeeshop | Noodles

The wanton noodle in Yishun are having quite a good standard, therefore i would say all wanton noodle stores here are acceptable.

As for this store, i will like the noodle that is thin and not too oily. Furthermore, the noodle is not very hard.

AS for the char siew, i am quite disappointed as the char siew meat i was given, have more fat than meat, end up i did not really finished my char siew sad

The soup and the wanton are nice.

Overall, this wanton mee shall make a good meal if the char siew can be better that might make your day chopstick

Carrot Cakes  OK Mar 21, 2011

Personally, I will recommend one to try the carrot cakes from other store as the carrot cakes and Char Kuay Tiao is quite oily.

When it was served hot from the table, the oil from be see shining from the plate. Cannot imagine what will happend if i will to finish the whole plate.

However, for people that are not healthy conscious, you can still go ahead as it still taste yummy.

Rojak Place  OK Mar 20, 2011

Categories : Singaporean | Peranakan / Nonya | Hawker Centre | Stall / Kiosk | Coffeeshop

Here is one of the few stores that sell ROJAK in Yishun.

The rojak taste quite normal as compare to another one as located at 900 plus of Yishun area.

But the service is good thus there is always good business especially during dinner time.

As rojak is a good add-on after a meal of lunch or dinner.

The price is also very reasonable as compared to foodcourt. smile
