After trying at toastbox, toastwork, i also went to have breakfast set at neighbourhood coffee shops to compare the difference. Unlike toast work, the breads served in coffee shop is usually either those slices bread like gardenia type or is those Ah kun bread type. And ta-da, as since in the pics, the bread here is served in Ah-kun type. Not too bad, but of course it can't be compare with the famous ah-kun bread. Feel that the bread can be toasted further to have the crispiness. The coffee is nice ! and egg just normal. What worthwhile trying is the affordable pricing for this fulfilling breakfast.

Many of you may have been familiarise with toastbox, since it is a subasidiary of breadtalk and in quite a few outlets of breadtalk that will be toastbox.However,today instead of talking about toastbox, i am going to recommend you another similar concept of toastbox eatery calls Toast work. As the name has suggested, toast work sells toast as their main signature dish. Out of many varieties of toasts, the one i like best is their peanuts toast !!! The toast is not too thick thus is nice when the person cuts it into 9 pieces and every pieces is bite size. the peanut spread is simply delicious ! like the way they served too~ . Add on with eggs and coffee/tea for a breakfast set and it definitely gives you a energy set for the rest of the day.

The Jack's Place here has been operating for a long time since i was young. I like the design of the restaurant, the green and white stripes that stands out from other restaurants and shops. Even the cake display is appetizing enough to lure one inside to sit down , enjoy a cup of drink to go with the cake. Went here for dinner and i ordered the seafood basket, the basket was quite cute i thought since i only see it in jack's place. Sometimes, other places seafood platter is like eating only the crispy skin and thats all, but the seafood here were not only crispy but also there are real meat underneath the crispy covers. Dip with the sauce it comes with and it was gone in a shortwhile Good to share among friends while having gathering,.

yummy yummy, another unique dish tried at Zam Zam. It is such a good thing that singapore has different racial groups living under one red dot whereby it allows us to have the chances to try other style of foods. A search on internet and i found out that Murtabak is actually stuffed-pancake with ingredients like mutton,garlic, egg, onion stuffed inside Hmm...to me is like eating burger in horizontal way. haha.... I really like this combination, especially when the fried-pancake is actually crispy and soft ~! Eat with curry and i am real full A must try i must say!

Wondering why is thai express named it thai express Perhaps it got to do with the serving pace that is always fast and organized which helps to shorten the queue outside. As a thai express member, i was given birthday voucher of $15 to dine at thai express. Thus, i went there with my friend and i ordered the seafood rice. It came with the unique sauce by them which i feel that it tasted quite normal, as in the taste is not enough to trickle the saliva out of the mouth. haha. portion is alright. if the seafood sauce is more on the seafood, i would give a better comment. The rice is up to standard to the price. But overall, i think i would still prefer their signature pineapple rice.
