Was there on Monday evening. There was a couple flipping the menu at the entrance while I signaled to the waitress for a table for 2. She was picking up 2 menus for me while the couple at the entrance said they wanted a table for 2 too. Both of us was ushered in and I sat down. The waitress looked at me and asked me to get up as the couple came first. Well.. I was shocked. I confirmed the table first while the couple was still looking at the menu. This is so ridiculous but I didn't want to make a fuss as there are other empty tables around. Besides this incident, I must say their service is up to standard. Food is served fast and hot. Portion sizes are huge.

Will I come back again? Definitely since there are limited food options in Vivo and their prices for ramen are almost on par with food court. There are half portions available for ramen which is a plus point for people who doesn't eat much. Vegetarian options are also available here.

Mediocre food and service  Cry Mar 08, 2013

Central Hong Kong cafe at Star Vista is most probably one of the cheaper food options in Star Vista.
However, do not expect too much for their food as well as their service. Food is mediocre and service is terrible. We ate cheese baked rice with chicken chop. ($8.00) The portion is
quite small but it has just the right amount of cheese. Baked rice at Kim Gary was better.

Disappointing food and service  Cry Mar 08, 2013

The newly revamped Chinatown Point was a pleasant surprise and a great addition to a somewhat boring Chinatown. With close proximity to the nearby Parkroyal hotel and other tourist attractions, Chinatown Point is no doubt a good place for tourists to settle their daily meals and necessities. Some of the shops in Chinatown Point include Daiso, NTUC fairprice, Watsons and National Library. It also has a few restaurants and we have decided to try Eat at Taipei. Eat at Taipei serves a variety of popular Taiwanese street food and has both outdoor and indoor seats. Unfortunately, both the standard of food and service wasn't up to the mark and it was really disappointing.

Will I be back? No. The food they served is too disappointing and they are expensive considering the standard of food served.

This shop caught my attention when it was in the midst of setting up. I love its French white concept, especially the cute lamp posts. The shop has finally opened its doors in Feb 2013 and all set up! Frunatic is a fast FRUIT restaurant that serves healthy food juices and fruit salads. Their juicers are specially imported from USA which are able to retain nutrients better than other normal commercial juicers.

Things they sell include:
1. Alkaline Water ($2) This helps to neutralise acids in our body and
restore cell functions.
2.Organic herbs - Lavender, Elderflowers, Hibiscus, Calendula and Rose.
Craving for flower tea? This is the place to get it! Will try the lavender
ones after I finish mine at home.
3.Attention all vegans! Another option for cakes. Frunatic's cakes are free from flour,
refined sugar, dairy or eggs! They are made by freezing the different layers together!
They didn't have any cakes on sale that day but they do have testers for them. I tried
the chocolate cake and it's awesome.

远看花红红,近看花有虫!This is my conclusion for Lime! With high ceilings, modern contemporary interiors and exceptional service, it leaves me to wonder why Parkroyal couldn't just give a little bit more effort on their food like what they did to doll up their hotel. There is nothing much to comment on their variety since they do not really have any to start with. Service was awesome but I think their staff need more training on their knowledge for buffet. Being in shock that there wasn't any raw salmon seen in the Japanese section, we asked whether raw salmon was offered in the buffet and the first waiter said he would check it out for us and soon comes the second waiter who blanked out at our question and said he would check it out for us. Our question was forwarded to the third waiter who gave us a 'No' answer. Well, is our question that difficult to answer? But well anyway.. let's take a look on what they have....
