Taking a break for walking, OK Jul 29, 2013

Categories : American | Coffee

Went to do some stuff at raffles area and decided to take break for some coffee and snack since I got the card and some promotion although I have eaten a number of cake this year and the earlier lunch was not fuliting. Had the raspberry cheesecake as complement together with the black current juice this time. Just nice for people who are thirsty and some healthy living to chill. Abit crowed but still so e place to meet some client and discuss stuff or while waiting for people as Starbucks is everywhere . There was limited to a few choices of cake form chocolate to cheesecake as most of it have finished. Of course as cheese lover, I eat the cheesecake and the design presentation look more tempting. I had it with the juice audit lend well with abit of sour sweet taste with raspberry and black current. Cheeses smell was strong too , easy to eatwiththe fork so that the hand and mouth are not dirty. In term of service, I wou,d prefer the want ear orchard as the staff made recommendation instead of me screening through the menu undecided of what I want and they kept asking me what you wish to have and take my card to see when I left on the table counter unlike other branch I visited who asked politely.

Advance birthday treat Smile Jul 28, 2013

Categories : Multi-Cuisine | Seafood | Buffet

Daddy treating me back to an advance birthday treat. He and chooses the buffet town this time as it has international choice and I love especially the sushi and seafood. It suits all our taste. All the food are yummy , fresh and special except the scallop was abit too hard although it nicely presented. I love the laksa although there was no clam and it just in a small bowl size. Some of it would have the chef to cook for you and some are already cook and ready for you. The environment is nice and a playground to the children while adult can enjoy their food too. The service is nice as they clean and clear your plate fast on the table so that you can get other stuff. However, it maybe a bit too fast that you may have not finish everything yet and clean it for you. The price is reasonable for adult and children abt $30 each and you get yourself really full.overll, it clean and recommendable especially for special occasion and having group of different preferences and international friend around.

Categories : Singaporean | Malaysian | Restaurant | Halal | Noodles

Got this voucher from a new sign up UOB card indicated the Singapore LAksa with 1 free drink. Well, love laksa especially clam I was so tempted to try it but been cough so endure till I couldn't stand it anymore when I shopping at Bugis today and saw the place and recall about this laksa. I found a lot of special food here with the theme laksa. Penang laksa, Singapore laksa, laksa goreng. And more special was laska burger.Wanted to try more of it but hope that it won't hurt my throat much, I just ordered the Singapore laksa, well abit spicy at first but when I stir and with drink quite alright. There were many clam just what I like to explore the laksa. There were prawn and eggs too. I just love the ingredient in the laksa. The service was nice too as normally the people won't ask if you want the bean sprout and clam but he ask during my order and for me I prefer the clam but not the bean sprout and make my eating more enjoyable and easy to eat. The serving is just right for 1 person like me. They smile and greet you when you finish your food.the environment around afternoon is quiet and peaceful.just nice to relax the mind. Ther were also a board that customer leave the comment which I found it attractive and news article about the social enterprise which pretty cool new concept. Wells I cough during the laksa time but the staff provide me more tissue . Wow commendable. Overalls the place is clean as it rated A.the price is reasonable in shopping center and with the ingredient and quality of the food at $6+. No service charge for this.

Was craving for porridge after return home from holiday for 1 week as we arrive late at night. Brought by a friend to tiong shian porridge centre with our western friend from Australia. We really enjoyed having the porridge here as it just smell nice and fast to get our food. We have tried the fish porridge, pork porridge but what I like most was the clay pot frog with add on of plain porridge costing 60cent more that the cook together clay pot frog porridge and the raw fish that the store was famous for and well, it really taste nice as the meat was soft and tender compared to other clay pot or home cook frog porridge. I would say it all mixed well with the sauce, ingredient and just nice to taste the sauce on it own and together stir in the plain porridge. Well, I wish there's we're more frog leg inside as I craving for it even fill the last drip and the western friend was also asking n when we would be coming to eat again and not miss him out as he enjoyed the porridge that much. The service is also quite nice as the stall personnel saw that there are a few people eating on our table that we only ordered the clay pot frog and 1 plain porridge at first, that they actually give us the exact number of small bowl according to E number if people on the table. This could be the reason that they think we can share and try the porridge and the clay pot frog and the raw fish together and won't drop on the table. After trying, we ordered more porridge and it quite fast to get it again. The raw fish was fresh and tasty as it was smooth and soft with no fishy taste like others and taste sour which mixed well with the lime. Nice to taste it raw individually and as we'll as with the porridge and the clay pot frog. The price for all this is also affordable and worth especially when you crave for something nice and fulling at night .overall, the place is clean in the coffee shop environment although there always people selling packet of tissue to customer who are eating their meal.

Categories : Korean | Fast Food | Halal | Korean Fried Chicken

It been sometime I am back to post all wonderful food review after all the busy working day. Got to know from a Facebook friend post about it and happy I am selected by the director for the session to wonderful food tasting as a food blogger smile

Chicken burger

Chicken burger

I love their service as the director and their staff greeted me with smile the moment I step in and introduce to me about their company. I got seat with some other customers and happy that they enjoy the food too and share the portion with us as the amount was huge enough for even more people like 4 instead of 2 such as the burger and chicken.

Tofu salad after we tempted to eat

Tofu salad after we tempted to eat

The tofu salad look normal to me at first but you would be surprised if you looked closely below as there are actually mushroom and beancurd with sauce over it which blend and taste well even for people who do not like vegetable but so tempted to try and glad about it that I didn't miss it. I thereby give suggestion that they should perhaps have other ingredients such as the mushroom and bean curd on top for people like me who don't like vegetable to know and try it. I glad to hear they actually have different presentation style as the earlier version was actually with those ingredient mix on top instead of a forest smile

I tried the burger and the sauces just made me feel more hungry for more as it is juicy and yummy that I really couldn't resist. Next, the chicken wing was served and of course we would have it and try. Wells the sauce is still the same but the chicken is fresh and I still love it with the sauces as it blend quite well. What surprised me next was the drum stick which was in huge size that I share with the person next to me as I know I can't finish and already full although it nice and again it the same sauce but the drum stick blend even better that you could taste the chicken meat with sauce.

They also served the spicy chicken wing with the same sauce too which is really spicy for people who love spicy food as it really spicy that I need some drink and they gave me refill drink fast when I request as it really spicy to me but most of them like it more that the other as compared to me. They serve the fries with kimchi and seaweed too. Well , fries as normal when I first though the kimchi taste like curry too and when my friend which I happen to meet there shake it and it taste more of the kimchi, quite fun haha...the environment is clean and convince as it just located in plaza Singapura near the door area which is easy to find. Overall, taste well done with just 1 type of min sauce. The service is nice with smile and introduction , accept suggestion and react fast to please customer need. They clean up the place and replenish to your need to make sure you are comfortable enjoying the food and environment although it was really busy that day too.

The price I would say it reasonable as I like especially the Korean style fried chicken found in a place I normally do facial and it just under $10 to fill the stomach smile
