lol
Arrived at 10+ in the morning and had to deal with the obscenely long queue and big orders. Ended up waiting for almost an hour. Had the added bonus of having the old uncle cooking today.
Noodles turned out beautifully. Bear in mind, this is Teochew bak chor mee and traditionally, the noodles are not meant to be springy. So for those of you that minus marks because of that, please get your facts right.
Asked for extra pork lard, coupled with the piquant sauce and nicely cooked liver, had a wonderful meal. Yummy!

After moving to Eunos, Le Chasseur is no longer air-conditioned but the coffeeshop is airy and cool and they have much more seating space.
This was the 2nd time I was eating here after they moved over and the claypot rice was a little disappointing as it was slightly wet and not as fragrant. But towards the bottom of the pot, it was better.
As usual, the crispy pork knuckle did not fail to wow. It is rather pricey at $30 though. The sambal brinjal was pretty nice too.

Came here with a few friends to try for the first time.
It's tucked away in a coffeeshop near the carpark entrance.
Service was pretty quick and at first glance, the noodles seemed pretty impressive with a lot of ingredients.
Unfortunately, a quick taste of the gravy showed that it was rather flat and it needed to be helped along by stirring the garlic, chilli paste, a dash of vinegar and some dark soya sauce.
Fish was heavily battered and did not allow the texture or taste to shine through.
