We ordered Lobster Tail Laksa - Steamed lobster tail in aromatic coconut sauce, served with rice noodles, bean sprouts and tau pok (S$28). The lobster tail is very fresh and yummy 😋. The laksa was in a kind of think sauce (not the usual soup base). The taste was good with rich coconut taste.
We then also ordered its signature combo, Roll & Lobster Tail Combo - Original lobster roll, lobster tail, either grilled or steamed, B&L fries 🍟, house salad 🥗 and our signature lemon and garlic butter sauce (S$59). Lobster 🦞 Roll - Chilled lobster meat dressed in lemon mayo and topped with fresh chives. Served in a toasted brioche roll with a lemon & garlic butter sauce. Very delicious!
We upgraded the combo with Chocolate Brownie 🍫with sea salt ice-cream 🍨 (S$9). Good idea as an end-of-meal treat!

Went there for tea after lunch. We ordered one hot tea and one iced tea. My hot one tasted good even though under the hot weather 🥵. However, the iced tea was very light and weak. It becomes increasingly diluted as the ice melts.

一到步，即刻由酒店出發，一去到排隊，職員已經比QR code睇menu及落單，排隊大約20分鐘，就可安排入座。點了排骨肉骨茶 Pork Ribs Soup （S$8.80），肉質比較腍，個人較喜歡。記得可以添湯的。再點咗一些基本小食：卤豆卜、卤蛋、油条、焖凤爪，呢啲都係正常味道，不作多談。最有驚喜就係個焖腐竹 Braised Beancurd Skin （S$4），好淋、好滑又入味，值得推介！

We were a party of two and order 1kg crab. Crab 🦀was not fresh and no fresh taste at all. Meat was broken into small pieces, no pieces of jumbo lump, no large chunks. There’s also baking powder taste, which is bad in seafood. Very disappointed.

I stayed in Swissotel The Stamford 3 times in 2023. CLOVE is in buffet style and has lots of choices during breakfast hours. They have egg station, noodle bar, drink (juices, coffee and tea) station. However, it’s quite packed in the morning. Other than that, great dining experience there. Superb.
