Authentic Klang Style Bak Kut Teh Smile Sep 08, 2014

Precious Bak Kut Teh, a newly established restaurant serving rare, authentic Klang style Bak Kut Teh in Singapore! Must try their special DRY bak kut teh!

Also special is their sweet and sour pork trotters which adds a twist to the traditional vinegar pork trotters. It has a tinge of spiciness and very aromatic asaam flavour.

Bak kut teh soup is concocted from a special selection of 11 herbs.

The Reading Room is a book cafe by day and has a wide range of books spanning every genre. By night, it becomes a bar where you can relax and have a couple of drinks.

Simple, comfort food is served here and they are mostly made from scratch. We totally love their Australia Lot Burger which was juicy and perfectly cooked and Tiramisu which was home made and so delicious!

Many of their food are home made and made from scratch, be sure to enjoy comfort, simple but wholesome food over here.

Azmaya is opened by a group of Japanese and they have many outlets in Japan. So glad that they came to Singapore!

Loved their super fresh and thinly sliced wagyu beef here. The Goma or Sesame Sauce complements the Wagyu beef very well. It's definitely a must try! Others worth a try are their sashimi platter which is equally fresh and also their grilled squid.

The pairing of prawns and beer is excellent and different from pairing of other kinds of finger food usual pubs have to offer.
Many of their dishes come with 6 fresh jumbo prawns!! After dish after dish of prawns, we thought we would get sick of prawns but surprisingly, we weren't!

My favourite was their Grilled Prawns with white wine cream, it was absolutely divine and cream was so robust, prawns were very succulent and fresh too!
This is definitely not just your normal pub, it is a restaurant serving top notch dishes as well as beer imported from many countries.

Great place to get together over drinks and a hearty meal.
Beer market serves a wide range of beer from all over the world, we particularly liked the Banana Bread beer as well as some of their other fruity selections like Lychee and Mango beer.
Not only this, food served is not like any other ordinary bars. Try their unique fusion of east meets west combi like their Chicken Rice Pizza, Beef Horfun with french onion soup as well as their Tiger Radler shooters with seafood which are incredibly fresh!!!
