Dazzling Cafe, the Taiwanese dessert chain has opened its branch in Singapore in newly renovated Capitol Piazaa. There are 9 outlets in Taiwan, 4 outlets in Shanghai, 1 outlet in Hong Kong and with the latest outlet in Singapore. The cafe and its menu looks colorful and photogenic.

http://cennds.blogspot.com/2015/07/dazzling-cafe-singapore-taiwanese-cafe.html

Cafe concept looks similar like  a Japanese cute waitresses who were dressed in Japanese attire maid cafe.

During my dinner visit with my boy, we expected for a queue. We left our contact number
and lucky us after around 15 minutes later we received a call from them. Queue is expected but waiting time depends from time to tome when you reach at the cafe.

Admire the pretty owner of Dazzling cafe who is only 22 years old, rest assured to have its branch in Singapore. I think when we were at 22, we were still struggling with exam or as a working adult.

Here are some cute decoration i took. Pardon me for the poor quality picture due to its lighting contrast between dinner night time and yellowish lighting setting at its cafe

Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom Spaghetti ($24.90)

Although it is complemented by wild mushroom, black truffle shaving and tossed in a truffle cream sauce but i didn't feel the truffle. Perhaps the truffle was quite mild and it was not as good as i expected

Matcha with Azuki Beans Honey Toast ($19.90)

We were given a choice to choose different type of toasted bread. Preferably crispy type, so we go for crispy level. Offered by the waitress to cut the toast for us. It looks good and taste good especially if you are match lover ! However, the cream was more than ice cream.

If the cream is lesser and topped with more ice cream will be better.

Marche Dinner : Rosti and Crepe Smile Jan 21, 2015

Marche Restaurant originally come from Switzerland, is specializing in high quality dining of Swiss restaurants. The dining concept is styled as a European marketplace, where you place an order and collect your meals at your food prefernce stalls.

The serving food choice of Fresh variation of salads, crispy thin pizza , seafood and pasta, vegetable or meat with mouth watering sauces, grilled choice and light juice creations are freshly prepared in the open kitchen right in front of guests to watch.

It was gonna be my awesome dinner with the signature dishes of Rosti at Marche - all time favorite in Marche. It looks like a roti prata but absolutely it is not. It knowns as a swissh dish mainly consists of potatoes. The potato part is tasted like a hash brown but neither it is a hash brown.  Although it is a bit too oily, but the crispy golden rosti is really delicious and nice for the second round.

Topping of dishes such as chicken sausage, fried egg, beef or portk at the side of Rosti is available upon your order.

Crepe would be a good choice for the light food . Lovely Caramel sauce makes the crepe very yummy

though it would be taste better if it is a crispy crepe instead of soft uncrispy crepe.

Spending per head: Approximately $15

Categories : Cantonese/Hong Kong | Teochew | Seafood

Blog review : http//cennds.blogspot.com

Finally, the day's craving of Dim Sum Buffet had reached. Googling through their website to find out their price and opening day. We just knew that, it opens for both weekday and weekends and weekends buffet is more expensive .. Special menu of Dim Sum is only available on weekends

Be cautious : Don't wastage your food, if you don't want to pay for it.

They have some food placed in the center of the restaurant for everyone to take such as Laksa, Dessert , Fried Chicken , Duck Wings, Seong Kueh, and drink offruit punch drink as

They offer quite a variety of choice. But too pity that they don't have Custard Bun ( Liu Sha Bao ), one of my favorite dimsum. Besides, Liu Sha Bao 流沙包, Xiao long bao is one of my favorite too. oo bad , their Xiao Long Bao doesn't really taste good, seems too dry a

Their Har Gow ( Shrimp Dumpling ) and Siomay are delicious. Anyway , if you order a bun ..I advice you to eat it once it serve on your table to Don't let it keep too long if you don't want eat a stone ...

Spending per head: Approximately $25

Mango and Strawberry

The ice is really well blended till very soft like a snow. Both Mango and strawberry choice are nice, just that the sauce in strawberry is a bit too sweet

Ice Cendol

The inital ready to serve ice cendol was a purely white snow ice and tasteless
So, we add in the sauce by ourselves to make it more colorful and more flavoursome
