We headed to Sentosa Broadwalk after enjoying a meal at Go India restaurant & we decide to have a crepe at this Ooh!Crepes.

They were having this promotion of crepe at $4 plus.

We chose a nutella chocolate one & honestly,we were really disappointed with their crepe.

The crepe was soft,soggy.

It wasnt good at all.

They had actually 2 choices, normal or crispy but the normal one was the one we ate.

We saw crepes that others ordered & it was the same as well.

They had milkshakes too & the milkshakes actually looks better.
I think that they should improve on their crepes & usually crepes had ice cream on top.
They only had chocolate syrup on top.

I wouldnt go back there again.

Vivo city offers much better dessert selection.

Would love to hear more about people's opinion on this crepe stall.

Spending per head: Approximately $4.90

We went to Smokeless Palace after purchasing coupons from some deal website.
& were really disappointed.

We went early & was asked to roam around the area as the buffet only starts at 5pm.

Customer service initially wasnt good but improved as we dine there.
Wasnt much choice.

Meat
& a limited amount of seafood for the buffet.

They offered timsum as well which were really expensive. But I have not tried it though.
Hope to see more reviews of this so as to better know how's the steamboat to others.

They used pork lard as oil, which gives the aroma. However, one bad thing about this is that the meat all tasted like pork.

The steamboat method was unique but I probably wouldnt go back as there wasnt any special thing to attract me there. Moreover,it was inconvenient to get there.
It gets really sunny & it tooks us quite awhile to make our way there.

Went to outback steak house because of this promotion online for Valentine Day.
We purchased the vouchers & was only able to choose a few of their dishes.
I choose beef chunks & my boyfriend chose some fish dish.
Honestly these 2 dishes aren't good at all.
Instead we really love the soup & the salad. The salad actually converted my boyfriend who is a anti salad guy into salad lover.Quite amazing.
The beef chunks were pretty normal. Not very flavourful. The fish fillet was normal as well.
Despite that,I heard from my colleague that their fried mushrooms are amazing.
Definitely love the ambience though.
Will go there to try other dishes & give a fairer review next time

Decide to try Xin Wang Hongkong cafe after watching a movie.

Tried the baked rice, pork chop noodle.

The portions of pork chop noodle was pretty small.

Loved their baked rice.Super filling & great!
Even though Hongkong cafe are not famous for their baked rice,I find their baked rice good & filling.

Tried their custard buns.
Really good.
Sweetness just nice & the buns were fresh & hot.

Their drinks are served in a metal cup, very unique!

I tried their yuan yang & it's GOOD!!
Not alot of places have good yuan yang as it requires a good combination or tea & coffee otherwise the taste would be weird.

Their MANGO ICE is REALLY HUGE!!
Taste wise not fantastic,pretty normal.

Will go back for their baked rice & drinks & tim sum!

Yummy arab food OK Apr 26, 2011

Categories : Middle Eastern/Mediterranean

We decide to search for great arab food in arab street & found Altazzag!

We started off with HUMMUS & PITA BREAD which is AMUST!

We decided to order a grilled fish dish & a beef kebab dish.
It was served with rice & generous amount of vegetables.

It was really delicious.& pretty affordable as well.

They had spaces upstairs as well but we decide to stay ground floor instead.

The fish & meat were well marinated.
& the hummus with pita bread was good as well.

The orange juice was refreshing & quenched our thirst.

Nothing outstanding when come to Arab food but I really love the rice & that the proportion were healthy in the sense that there are vegetables as well.

Satisfying meal.Wouldnt come back again though. Will try other arab food in arab street.
