Actually I came across this at a food fiesta in my school, and it was having a great discount over there. The seller claims it is discounted for 35% which they have never done before. If you are a durian lover, you will definitely love it.

The durian icecream.
You can really tell that it is authentic and they actually put alot of durian inside, instead of artificial durian flavour.

The durian mochi.
It is just like a mochi except that the fillings is real durian! You can choose to buy the D24 or the MaoShanWang. D24 is sweeter so it really depends on your preferencelol

Look at those durian fillings! Nom nom.

A gentle reminder: You need to defrost it for 5 minute before you eat when you just buy it from the seller. You can also keep in fridge for few hours, however, make sure your fridge is cooling enough, else in my case, my fridge is not cooling enough and the mochi skin start melting and the thing become not so nice anymore sad

If your school/company is organising any food fiesta/ fund raising event, go and check with Four Seasons as it will definitely catch eyeballs! tongue

Interior environment of New York New York in Jurong Point. I enjoy the dining ambience so much, since I went there for an early lunch, and there is not much crowd inside.

The NYNY serviette and utensils lol tongue

The warm water served with a tiny piece of lemon. lol

Here comes my meal, which is the Swiss mushroom cheese sandwich. It is definitely a must-try dish, I would say. The mushroom is not those ordinary ones, they are so juicy and their unique taste is so unforgettable. I think i gonna have one again soon. lol The portion is just nice for me. NomNom.

This mushroom soup comes with the combo meal my boyfriend ordered. It is more to a creamy kind.

Birthday with Thais Smile Mar 10, 2013

My favourite hang out place in Jurong Point for the acceptable pricing of food. Normally a lunch or dinner set will cost about 10 bucks, which is fairly reasonable. A set meal consists of a main course (rice with chicken etc), a side dish, and a dessert.

Since I went there quite often, I decided to sign up for their ThaiExpress Orange card for $30. In return, I get to earn 10% rebate dollars from my second visit onwards. I have earned also a 1-for-1 Main Course eVoucher, a $10 eVoucher (you can choose to redeem it on the day of purchase), a $15 Birthday eVoucher (which I used up on the day of purchase), and a Birthday platter which is worth $20!

As they require me to dine in before I can redeem my birthday platter, I went there to have a mango rice and take away the birthday platter.

This is the mango rice. The waiting time is short and the taste is superb!
I didnt get a snapshot of the platter though. But there are quite a few fried stuff and a papaya salad. Worth for the price!

Chanced upon this famous dessert in France in Bakerzin, and since then it became my favourite dessert. It is served hot so be careful of the plate, and the price is still acceptable ($10.90 not inclusive of GST and Service charge), since not many restaurants has this dessert. The portion might be too big for one person, if you are not a sweet lover.
Bakerzin is spacious, and has a comfortable dining environment. The cakes there is also recommended, especially Chocolate Amer. And they have this special discount, that if you download the Bakerzin Menu App and show them while you order, you can actually get a 10% discount for the bill.

Spending per head: Approximately $7(Tea)

We went to this restaurant in the evening, so there's no crowd in the restaurant. As there are only 2 person eating, we decided to order a dish of veggie and the famous dang-gui roasted duck. The duck smells nice and taste nice as it has the aroma of traditional herbal medicine (that's if you like it). The menu actually introduces what are the benefits each dish bring to our body so that you will be able to make choices among all the dishes. The portion of one veggie and one duck is just nice for two person.
The dining environment is nice too, making the experience an enjoyable one. The price is reasonable too but you need to pay for plain water.
