This is samsui chicken from soup restaurant.

Their display is very high standard. Chicken really taste smooth. Thier ginger and sesame oil sauce really fantastic. The lettuce suppose to use as a wrapper for the chicken and sauce. Some people like to eat the chicken with the rice. When i left, i saw that other tables all ordered this dish but the lettuce were either untouch or left with 3/4 portion which really wasted the food.

This 2 yummy dishes from prosperous kitchen.

1st is beancurd with prawn and oine mushroom. The beancurd been deep fried then stir fried. the inner side is smooth and moisture. Prawns are fresh and pine mushroom is a surprise. Very good combination.

Their stir fried beef with ginger and scallop taste quite horrible to me. I very scared of uncooked meat. Some of the beef is slightly cooked in medium rare which really make me feel disgusting. But the rest of my family members like it so tt is just my personal views..

This 2 dishes are from Prosperous kitchen: Abalone and you tiao salad.

The abalone served with broncholi. Quite a large abalone which serve the whole piece rather than slice into pieces. Very chewy and well cooked. The sauce also taste well. not so salty.

The you tiao salad taste well with the mayonaise sauce. Not really oily but taste very crunchy because they serve it immediately after fried. fresh..

This is ham and mushroom pizza from Bakerzin.

I am a mushroom lover. I like the pizza because it is crunchy and tasty. but the ham i find it slight salty. The vegetable salad served in quite a large portion. Fresh and crunchy. I like the dressing, the sauce taste sweet and mix well with the salad.

This is corn salad from Manhattan fish market.

This consist of sweet corns and different types of capsicums. The combination is crunchy and sweet. The dressing is vinaigrette so a bit of sour and salty taste.

Look at the colour of this dish. You will love it before you eat. But sorry for those who doesn't like capsicums..
