Portion wise, it seems to have downsized quite significantly.
The meat was quite little as compared to the past review and the taste was quite bland, though the meat was tender. The crispiness was better than expected though.
The miso soup was not as strong tasting as the usual bean flavoured soup. The rice was soft enough but lacked in taste,

91/100 is the marks I allocated for this stall's char kway teow. The reason behind? The portion.
Besides the portion being somewhat puny for $4, everything else was excellent! The presentation of the char kway teow is something to mention, how many stalls offer greens in their dish? Along with the ikan bilis, the blend is a very good match!

A restaurant owned by a Chinese owner, his level of service is really top notch. He did not present himself as trying too hard or being too friendly with us.
The buffet spread is not fantastic with just 2 deserts and 4 meats and a few vegetables. The tastes of the food was reasonable but nothing too fantastic. I loved the free flow papadum and mint sauce though. The butter chicken curry was not as good as expected but the chicken sure was tender.
The mutton curry is the best dish over here, very flavourrful with no overwhelming mutton smell.

The best pandan variation cake ever!
The kiwi jelly is both sweet and sour with even the similar black bits in kiwi fruits.
The pandan cake is fragrant and the brown portion of the cake gives me a little gula melaka like taste.
The sugar roll cake sounds like it's awfully sweet but trust me, the level is just nice!

Noodles at very affordable prices and good service! No bowls will stay at the table for more than 2 minutes. The staff are extremely efficient in clearing the tables.
The soup is quite tasteless but the noodles make up for it., The ingredients are bountiful for the price and there is really nothing significant to complain about.
