tasty taiwanese bubble teas Smile Oct 08, 2013

I have been a fan of this bubble tea chain ever since I tried at their douby ghaut branch.

My all time favorite is the a-gan signature bb tea. The pearls consist of the regular black pearls and mini sized pearls, so there is actually "texture" when drinking the bubble tea.
The milk tea is also well done with just the right taste for my liking. A tinge of tea taste and not too much or too little milk.

However, this outlet doesnt provide suntec tenants discounts nor have any form of reward system.
Perhaps if there is rewards, will attract more regular businesses smile

Visited this establishment during their opening promo.
Me and my friend enjoyed the 1 for 1 offer on 3 of their selected deserts.

We chose the yam paste in coconut, jackfruit chendol and all things mango.

I love the way their yam paste is served, in the coconut husk. The warm, smooth, creamy texture of the fragrant yam paste is worth the calories. However, I find the serving too much for one person. Perhaps 2 to share one of this will be just nice.

The all things mango is done nicely too , not too sweet. There are quite a lot of ingredients inside. This is definitely too big for one person as well.

Jackfruit chendol is tasty too , not too sweet. There are generous amount of ingredients. This too is too big for one person.

Will go back if there is promo or if I can find a friend to share a dessert. i find the price a little steep without discount and too huge serving

for one person.

Been a returning patron of this chain, usually here for meals. The latest one being dinner at IMM.

Ordered the char siew noodle soup. I like the HK style noodles which is chewy in their clear flavorful soup. coupled with their in house chilli, its the best.
I find the main dishes choices quite limited. or is it cos we have been there too many times.

I opted for the 1.90 upgrade to set which includes a dessert and a yam/carrot cake. very value for money.
The dessert I went for the mango pomelo. nice! and it is full sized despite the price!

will return for more~

My friends and I were here for a after meal tea and snack.
The restaurant staffs helped my friend and her baby stroller , to be parked outside the restaurant.

We ordered some snacks; Taiwanese sausages, cost us something like $6.50 for a very oily plate of treats. The Taiwanese fried popcorn chicken and the sweet potato fries are nice! We also had bubble tea at the restaurant, which the choices and taste rather mediocre.

Overall we find the items are too pricey for the quality.

Perhaps will give a try of their main dish in the next visit.

We went to this outlet for the 1 for 1 bread bowl offer for new opening. Love the country kitchen deco and renovation of the shop, although the seating is rather tight. Staffs are efficient.

The soup are pretty standard across the different outlets in Singapore. Love their velvet mushroom soup and I like the crispy bread on the pot. Tasty as always. The salad is made with fresh greens and the salad sauce is yummy!

Price a lttle too high if it is just ala carte, without the offer.

Will return for more if there is other discounts smile
