Brought a cup of the soya bean with grass jelly beverage for lunch.
This cup of beverage has a soya bean taste that is quite close to those of the can beverage and is not as fragrance as compared to other soya bean stall. As for the grass jelly, it is well grated into thin long stripes and has a soft and smooth texture. The grass jelly taste is not that strong as compared to the soya bean. The beverage is not too diluted and have the right amount of the sugar syrup.

Brought a packet of the glutinous rice for lunch.
This packet of glutinous rice is sufficiently cooked, has a soft and chewy texture. Seasoning wise is suffcient as well, not too salty nor bland. With the addition of the spring onion, siar mee, sliced onion and the peanut, it further enhance the taste and the texture of the glutinous rice. Other than the glutinous rice, this stall also sells pau, kuehs and several traditional breakfast food.

Recently saw a tv advertisment that the sakura international buffet has a new range of seafood buffet. My family members has decided to go for a try. With the normal buffet dishes such as the sushi, sashimi, dim sum, deep fried platter, pizza and many more, the new range of seafood includes the long legged crab, scallops, cray fish, salmon and many more. The long legged crab taste quite fresh and has a soft texture. But it has a salty taste, maybe they have soak the crab in salt water before serving. So I have decided to stop trying the long legged crab after trying just one. As for the cray fish, no seasoning is added and the original taste can be tasted. Freshness is there and it has a soft and chewy texture. The salmon is also worth the try, serve cold and is quite fresh. Overall, I think that the quailty of the food is not as good as the outlet in their clementi outlet. With the increase in prices for their buffet recently, I think that they should improve the quality and flavours of their food.

Brought a couple of the bun from this bakery shop which includes flavours like curry, kaya and many more. Most of their bread are either in the traditonal mini square or circle shape with a nice golden brown colour on the top of the bun. Taste wise, the bread is pretty well made, has a very soft texture and a very light buttery taste. For the kaya flavour bun, the kaya has a nice aroma, not too sweet and a soft texture and goes well with the bun. Overall, quite a normal bun with the similiar taste as other bakery shop.

Decided to go for some fruits instead of drinks after a walk at the convention centre.
Brought a couple of the fruits which includes honeydew, papaya and the watermelon. The fruits taste quite fresh, but the sweetness for each fruits in different with the watermelon the least sweet followed by honeydew and lastly the papaya. I think among this three fruits, the one that taste the best is their papaya due to the fragrance itself. The watermelon and the honeydew do not have much fragrance as compared to the papaya. The price start from 80 cents for a piece of fruits and I think the sweetness and fragrance of the fruits will be different from one another.
