Brought a 6 pieces of yong tau foo with the guo tiao for lunch.
What so special about this yong tau foo stall is that they provide customer with a special type of gravy for the noodle that is similar to the lor mee gravy but with a slightly bland taste having the same texture. This stall offers a wide variety of yong tau foo to choose from and the ingredients looks quite fresh. The noodle is well cooked and has a soft texture. The chili sauce provided is different from others yong tau foo stall as their chili sauce has the sufficient thickness, not watery, has a nice sambal fragrance and with a mild spicy taste. The chili goes well with the yong tau foo and the noodle. Lastly, the soup is light, refreshing and not oily.

Brought a plate of the char siew and roasted meat rice for lunch.
The rice also comes with a bowl of soup, the soup is light and refreshing with chopped spring onion added and its not oily.
As for the char siew, it has a soft and tender texure, nice light red colour, well marinated and grilled. The roasted meat is also well cooked, very tender texture, well seasoned, not too salty, skin is slighty crispy and does not have too many fats. This plate of rice also includes some vegetables, slight overcooked and have a slight crunchyness. Overall the char siew and roasted meat rice is quite nice and the price is reasonable.

Brought a plate of chicken chop from this stall.
This plate of chicken chop includes colesaw, fries, vegetables and chicken itself. The chicken is well grilled and seasoned, tender texture and crispy skin. The chicken is topped with the black pepper sauce and the sauce is a bit spicy. As for the fries, it has a nice golden brown colour, thick fries with soft texture on the inside and slight crispy on the outside. The colesaw only includes chopped cabbage. I would recommend them to also include some chopped carrot and other vegetables as well. As the presentation, it look quite appealing and the waiting time is not too long.

Brought a plate of satay and oyster egg for dinner.
Firstly, the satay meat is soft and tender, not very hard. The satay has a nice golden brown colour with slight charcoal on the side. The satay is well marinated and seasoned. The amount of meat in a stick is quite sufficient. As for the gravy, it is not watery, the thickness is there, peanut is well chopped, not too fine, seasoning is slightly sweet and not oily.
As for the oyster egg, the oyster is quite fresh, big and juicy. The egg and the batter is well combined and has a soft and slight crispyness texture. Seasoning is acceptable, not too salty. The chili sauce is well made, has a hot and spicy taste and goes well with the oyster.
