This is my 2nd time dining Back this time to eat the speciality dish (Cross Bridge Rice Vermicelli ) . There are steps to eating this rice vermicelli as they provided you with 15 type of items to add in the soup. The noodles are springy and the broth is soothing. I liked the the pumpkin fries with salted egg yolk ($6.80) a layer of salted egg yolk encasing a sweet pumpkin paste. when we bit into it, the filling was slowly melting in your mouth.

After finishing processing our passport making , feeling hungry so went to this hawker centre whereby there was a zi char stall named Hui Wei Chinese - Thai cuisine. So we decided to order some dishes sweet and sour pork , four season beans and fried rice.

The sweet and sour pork was well fried with crunchy and sweetness taste and the four season bean when eat when fried shrimp taste delicious

The fried rice is soft and fragrant eat with pineapples, shrimps, char siew, egg and pork floss.

My friend is giving me a treat at madam kwan's restaurant , we took a outdoor seat whereby you can see the sea and ship scenery. The restaurant serve main course such as rice , noodles , etc , side dishes such as satay , chicken wings , etc as well as beer and other beverages.

We ordered hokkien mee that come with noodles fried with prawns, chicken, squid and vegetables in dark sauce $14.90 the noodles taste very qq and the sauce is nice and sa hang noodles - fried noodles with fresh water prawns, vegetable in egg sauce $28.90 . The sa hang noodles's prawn is big and fresh with juicy meat.

we are back again to dine at Ban Leong Wah Seafood to eat their Famous Chilli Crabs

The place is packed full of people we waited for 20-30 min before we can make order

The chilli crab serve is fresh and the meat is soft , i like the chilli sauce it was spicy and when dip with fried mantou taste so delicious that you cant stop til last drop of sauce

If you are nature lover person , you should come and dine in at The Coastal Settlement Restaurant . Dine while looking at the nature area. The restaurant serves not only main course , but also desserts. We ordered Rosti With Chesse Sausage which cost around $16. It was fried to a bit crisp and butter texture which taste delicious and tender! To be recommended!
