Having a 3 days 2 night check in at raffles hotel with one of my oversea friend.

We had a buffet buffet at tiffin room which serve wide variety of international breakfast e.g sausages, toasts, eggs, bacons , etc

I like the bacon cos it was not too oily n the meat was juicy n tender , as for the sausage is big n tender .

The toast set comes with bits of fresh strawberries and toasts topping of icing taste superb .

SweetSpot, a hotel bakery from Marina Bay Sands located at tower 3 hotel atrium ,

once you step in the bakery you can smell the fragance of the pastries , and lot of variety of pastries display on the shelves

they have tarts , butter crossaint, macarons etc

We ordered 12 pc of macarons take way that come with a nice box, u choose the favours e.g Rasberry with Dark Chocolate, Green Tea, Strawberry, Lemon, Hazelnut, Pistachio . The macarons are crispy , chewy and not too sweet . But quite expensive as 1 macarons cost around $ 2

Back again to Long Beach Seafood Restaurant for their famous chilli crabs and other dishes

The Restaurant was almost fully packed and we waited around 20 min before we can enter to get a seat

We ordered their Chilli Crabs , Mantou , You Char Kway With Sotong , Steamed Grouper etc

I liked the chilli crabs as normal due the spicyness of the gravy and the freshness of the crabs and the flesh of the crabs fully absorbed the gravy . And with the crispy on the outer side and inner softness of the mantou when dip in the gravy taste delicious

The You Char Kway is crispy and the sotong is chewy with mayo sauce

The Steamed Groupon is well cooked with the sauce and taste fresh and juicy

Tim Ho Wan is the latest Dim Sum Restaurant that just open at Plaza Singapura . Attracted by the long queue outside the store and as a dim sum lover , me and my mum decided to dine in the restaurant.

The waiting time for the queue is almost 30 min before we can get a seat

We ordered prawn dumpling , chee cheong fun , spring rolls etc . They had wide variety of dim sum

The prawn dumpling is juicy with the fresh cooked prawn, The chee cheong fun is soft and the sauce is soothing . As for the spring rolls is hot and crunchy

coffee beans one of the most frequent coffee cafe that i like and have been drinking all this while .

The restaurant serves not only coffees , ice blended drinks, cakes , set meals , teas etc

The restaurant is cosy and relaxing for gatherings , discussion etc .

i ordered a double chocolate drink with cream , the chocolate was thick and nice , when stir the combined cream and chocolate taste delicious
