Had never dined at noble house restaurant before, until my cousin invited us to her wedding banquet held here;D
It was really a joyous and enjoyable day that day.The decorations and theme of the restaurant resembles that of the olden times where the windows are made of wood and they were shop houses;D
But that did not cause the restaurant to lose the sense of elegance, the place was decorated beautifully for my cousin’s wedding^^It was a 9-course dinner. What really satisfied us was the quality of ingredients used for all the dishes. The shark’s fin was superior and totally authentic, with generous large pieces of shark’s fin meat, and crab meat.^^
Similarly for the scallop…so fresh and naturally sweet… “Mmmm” ;DThey have also their signature coriander cheese balls, where the outer is fried till crispiness and the inside is filled with the paste and cheese, really delicious!Not forgetting the steamed marble goby! It was a really fresh fish used, and the sweetness remain within. The meat was so tender and smooth, and it was cooked just nicely that the flavour sips into and stays within the fish meat.Another dish was the stewed sea cucumber and bai ling mushroom with lettuce in oyster sauce. Usually I’m not a consumer of sea cucumber but this dish was so nicely prepared that I managed to consume a piece of it.(:

On the whole, the dinner was an unforgettable and delicious one. From the dishes we could know how well skilled the chiefs of this restaurant is.(: of cause, to have such a good quality and quantity meal, the high price is inevitable but after all it’s worth it!;D

Promotions were going on and this mega crispy chicken was a new launch for a limited period;D
Previously, they had launched this mega crispy chicken too, and my mum was telling me how nice it was. When I wanted to buy it the last time, I was disappointed that it is no longer available.
So this time when I saw that the mega crispy chicken was launched again, I went to order it immediately.(:No doubt, the crispy chicken was awesome and I really love it to the max!;D
It was really mega and I got really full after finishing the whole portion.
The chicken was really crispy and richly flavoured. I was totally amazed at the juicy level of the chicken! It was so tender and juicy, a taste that I have never gotten from any other crispy chicken elsewhere.

When I mention tender, it is really tender! There isn’t really a need to bite much on it and you could already get the chicken in your mouth;D so even though the size of the cut chicken was a little too big, it won’t cause a problem…so easy to eat and consume!^^And it was really juicy;D normally, crispy chicken tend to make us thirsty after finishing it due to that it was fried. But this mega crispy chicken does not causes that!;D Moreover, the wonderful taste lingers in my mouth after every single bite I took^^
Really delicious! I’ll have to buy it again ASAP before it becomes unavailable again!xD

First time dining at Nihon Mura for their dinner buffet;D
It cost us around $25 per pax after the service charge and GST.

What I like about the buffet here is that there is unlimited order of sashimi…order and eat as much as we can!^^
Being a salmon sashimi lover, of cause I love it;DComparing the salmon sashimi at Nihon Mura to the others, I really love it here. The sashimi is so fresh such that it is so easy to chew it. The taste was simply an enjoyment…sweet with the freshness!;DThe bacon wrapped asparagus on stick was yummy too!;D It was not too oily or salty, and overall it taste so delicious.
Other than those, buffet includes an free item to be chosen from a list and we chose the ben and jerry’s ice cream. It was the chocolate brownie flavour and it is heavenly;DDDJust love dining at Nihon Mura for its buffet…now I’m missing its salmon sashimi! xD

It was not easy to find stores that sell delicious handmade noodles, especially for take-away where the noodles will get too soft and causes it to lose its nice taste. Well, this stall has it;D

The handmade mee hoon kuey was nice and it was not too salty or bland. The mee hoon kuey was not too soft and the soup has a rich taste. Ingredients also included large pieces of minced meat, leafy vegetables and eggs;D
These ingredients are actually pretty common for handmade noodles, but it taste nicer when complemented with the handmade noodles from this stall.(:

The pricing wise is considered reasonable for food courts.
Definitely it is worth it for me. Will return the next time;D

It was my first time trying the ban mian from food court 2.(:

The wait was pretty long, despite that there isn’t a really long queue. It just happened that day there was only one man tending the store, hence the long wait.However, when I took the first bite, I thought the long wait was worth the while after all ;D
Even though the tom yum taste was not rich enough, the soup has the original rich flavours in it.
The noodles are truly handmade and it is springy & chewy, not too soft.
What is amazing is that it costs only $2.40 for each bowl!;D

Really love the ban mian from this stall and I can’t wait to return to try their original ban mian.
If only the tom yum flavour can be spicier and richer, but it is still delicious ^^
