The quality of the dim sum, the freshness of ingredients and the ambience really impressed me.
The service crews also very friendly, efficient and will take the initiative to check with the kitchen when they notice that something is taking longer than usual to serve.

One of the must try is their famous salted egg yolk bun as it is slightly different from others. Their salted egg yolk bun is filled with abit of mango puree which made it much more tastier. This is really a top notch restaurant that's still relatively friendly to the wallet. Will definitely visit this place again!

Saveur is a place for affordable french cuisine.

After hearing alot of reviews about it, i finally got to try Saveur at Far east plaza. My friend ordered the duck confit which i thought it was quite nice. The serving is slightly smaller but the duck meat was not too bad. It was tender!

I ordered the chicken roulade. Serving was smaller than the duck confit. Compared to the duck confit, the chicken roulade was not as good. However, it was worth it for the price i paid ($9.90++). For side dishes, i ordered their pasta ($4.90) and the sauteed potatoes ($2.90). The potatoes are slightly salty.

Overall, i think that this is a good place for lunch or dinner!

The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) is a nice place to just chill out with friends, and chat over drinks. But dining is another matter... You'll probably get better food at lower prices at other cafes / restaurants. However, The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) has pretty good coffee and drinks, which I personally feel is much better than other more well-known brands. It also has cute informative little booklets on each table, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, the experience at TCC was good. The ambience is relaxing yet comfortable and it's a place that serves quality service and food. I'd recommend this place for teabreak if you're a person who likes coffee, tea and nice cakes.

It's extremely hard to call in for pizza hut delivery during a holiday especially when it's on the National Day. Even if you call in, it'll take 1 to 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive. By then you'll be starving like mad.

On that day, my friends came over to my place. So we tried our luck as well. On the bright side, we manage to get through the pizza hut hotline however they say 2 hours to send our food to my place. WOW. so instead we went to the pizza hut at yewtee's community centre.

And guess what? it only takes around 30 to 45 mins for our orders to be ready even when the queue is quite long as well. The service provided by the staffs there are really awesome. Fast and Efficient! Good job!

PastaMania is well known for its cheap & good pasta. I believe majority people know pastamania. I love their garlic bread its very crispy and served hot most importantly!
My favourite pasta is the Aglio Oglio which is a simple mix of garlic and chili. The fragrant of the garlic is not overwhelming but it would certainly delight those who love the freshness of garlic. The texture of the linguine was great too. Also, I feel that the ambience was good for casual dining as it wasn't too noisy. Although the seats were not very comfortable and the table was a little too small, the environment was still suitable for a quick meal and banter. The service, on the other hand, was surprisingly good. Although the dining concept at PastaMania is similar to that of a fast food restaurant, the staffs here are more attentive and friendly.
