Categories : Ice Cream and Gelato

Nestled in a corner near Borders bookstore, Scoopz main draw is the ice cream making pans visible from the exterior of the shop, where ice cream is seen to be made on the spot by hand. There is a variety of flavours, where by the the popular is the durian ice cream, which is very rich and creamy, with the sweet durian flesh adding texture to the ice cream. Other interesting and delicious flavours include chocolate( extremely delicious and rich),lemon sorbet, green tea, champedak (similar to jackfruit), strawberry, chocolate mint and many more flavours available at any one time.A scoop costs $2.90,while a bigger option is the ice cream sharing bowl consisting of five flavours for a mere $6.90(an average of $1.40 per scoop) in a waffle bowl.Pints are also available for takeaway.

SPIZZA Smile Aug 16, 2011

Seafood Pizza

Seafood Pizza

We got a regular seafood pizza, which was decked in oodles of cheese and a generous heaping of seafood, including squid rings, shrimps and mushrooms. The thin crust was heavenly to bite into, crisp yet light at the same time, making it filling but not to the point that you feel overstuffed, The decor is all exposed bricks, making it feel very italian and the entire thing makes you feel like you are in a wine cellar. Olive oil is handily available and it compliments the pizza well with its fragrant aroma.

Recommended Dish(es):  Seafood Pizza

Spending per head: Approximately $10(Lunch)
