The dimsum is nice and there are a lot of variety to choose. Starting from the must have one like siew may, there is also steamed shark's fin dumplings in superior soup.

Recommended dishes are:
3 BBQ combination
Sharks Fin Soup
Shanghainess Steamed Meat Dumplings
Braised abalone with sea cucumber
And many other dishes to try for.

The manager is very friendly and can speak 4 languages including hokkien, etc

Student BUFFET!!! Smile Nov 06, 2011

Student Promo price on weekdays (lunch) buffet is definitely afforadable and worthy! It ends at 5.30 PM So be hurry guys.

No one ever says no to an eat-all-you-can buffet! There are wide varieties of buffet options ranging from teriyaki beef to the seafood choices such as squid,, cockles, prawns, etc. including garlic chicken.

If you're planning to dine in during lunch hour, I would suggest dining in before 1pm anytime after that and you'll have hoards of secondary school students.

Besides the variety of food selections, the service there is just as commendable. The staff were friendly and good enough to ask whether we enjoyed the meal or not. smile

Bravo for this restaurant!! 4-star out of 4 lol

The food are awesome and delicious
We had :
Double boiled sea treasures soup with herbs, braised shredded beancurd, chicken with dried shrimps and vegetables, steamed soon hock fillet, noodle in XO sauce and many others. Life is good indeed. lol

Buffet OK Nov 06, 2011

Steamboat buffet is just okay.

If you're an avid steamboat buffet lover, you shouldn't go for Crystal Jade's. However, as for myself I love it. The only thing that I hate is their free flow of Luohan fruit drink which is so stingy. Other than that, the food for steamboat are okay. Quite a lot and made me full actually. Eat with family to enjoy better the steamboat atmosphere. smile

Fish & Co Smile Nov 04, 2011

First the view from a window seat is great, it overlooks the old bus interchange and looks down into the new interchange. There are comfortable sofa seats that make us feel like at home. Pleasant air conditioning also adds the comfort.

While for the food, my friend and I tried two types of set lunches for $13+, cod fish with black pepper with a mushroom soup. The fish was overcooked, but the mash was tasty.

Good value but there is no need to add the mushroom soup as it's not worth it.

Maybe should try the other dishes on the menu book.
