tried this seafood platter quite some time ago and this promotion was only available for a short period of time. the fried stuff were quite nice and i think the chips was especially nice because of the cheese dip. cant remember the name of the drink but it tasted quite nice, is like mango syrup in soda with tadpole like pearls which were quite crunchy

this store always has a long queue during lunch time so today finally managed to try it for breakfast. i ordered just the side dishes to try without rice. the harshbrown and chicken nuggets were ok, i guess it has been re-fried many times so the meat was kind of hard but still nice to eat. the sauages in tomato sauce was quite nice especially when eaten with rice. i think the variety for the dishes were not too bad but the portion tend to be little

feel like having something more healthy so went for the fried fish soup noodle. after i ordered my food, there was a long queue behind me so i assumed this store is quite famous. the fish slices were not too bad, quite nice but the soup was quite blend even after adding milk to it. on the whole, i think the noodle was just average

it has been quite awhile since i last went down to holland v market for lunch and as usual the piace was packed with people during lunch hour. i ordered from the nasi lemak cause my friend said it was nice. i ordered the fried chicken cutlet with curry veggie and ikan bilis. the cutlet portion was really quite big but the price was also slightly steep for market food. on the whole, the portion was quite generous and filling

best bubble tea Smile Mar 19, 2012

Categories : Taiwanese | Bubble Tea/ Tea

the chinatown koi is the first outlet that i was introduced to koi by my friend, ever since then i was addicted to koi and dont really like other brands of bubble tea. my favourite is the normal green milk tea and the pearls are always so chewy. i normally tried zero or 30% sugar level and i think both are equally nice. the down side is that koi is so popular now that there is always a long queue especially on weekends.
