This was my first visit,
The burger was decent; I like that it had a considerably larger patty compared to the bun. But it looked like it was assembled rather haphazardly, and the cheese was cold and not melted into the patty.
I have a big issue with their service though,When we were there, 2 counters were open, one by the store manager and one by an extremely blur-looking staff. There were another 8 to 10 people milling around the kitchen, most of whom were doing nothing besides distract the people who were working.They really need to get their act together

We ordered one of the Queen’s Platters for 2 to 3 persons,
The food itself was very lacklustre. The lamb was overcooked and chewy. The steak, when we asked for medium rare, was a combination of medium and well done. The ribs were tender but smelt kinda funny, like it was on the brink of going off. The only thing that was half decent was the chicken,
We’re definitely not coming back

we ordered the Prime Rib and the Ribsteak on the bone, from the regular section of the menu.
Both steaks were full of sinew and fat, and were tough, tasteless, underseasoned and poorly cooked.
We also ordered the dessert sampler, which came with tasting portions of a Floating Island, chocolate crepe, crème brulee, fruit salad and a mango sorbet. The Floating Island and chocolate crepe were passable,
To say this was disappointing is a huge understatement

This is my 3rd time having lunch in MOF but is my first time to nex outlet
As my wife was not feeling well,we requested for a cup of warm water and waitress told us need to pay 30cent per cent ,no matter is warm or cold water and advise us that we take green tea which cost $1.20 per cup and can refill
We was a bit pissed off ,as plain water should be free but they charge us 0.30cent which is so unfair....
Anyway we just ordered the green tea,Is very thick and greeny
The tuna temaki which cost $2.80 is not bad,Seaweed skin is crispy
For the tantan ramen,is mild spicy,the soup base is abit oily
Noodles is springly while meat is soft
I don't think i will come here again as i don't really worth the price

Today after i went to collect voucher with my wife
we went to ion for lunch
we was quite disappointed
The hotate kani with clam cream 4 pieces for about $7.80
It was crispy inside with creamy clam sauces
The chef recommended watami ramen - The cha shu is juicy but the soup base is not nice and also not fresh,is very salty and oily
The katsu set $10.80 doesn't come with rice and we need to add $2.80 for a bowl of rice which is not worth it
For service i would said they really have bad and slow service
The kani was served but our ice water still haven't served to us,
we asked the waitress for twice ,after that chicken was served but without rice
we got to wait for about 10mins for rice to be served & no spoon was given
My wife requested for warm water,the cup was so dirty,when she used tissue to clean it,there's brown stain dirt
There's was a lot of waitress standing near cashier counter but none of them will take the motivate to walk over to top up water or take our request
Even billing time,we also waited for around 15mins
Food is just so so ,service is bad,i don't think we will come back again!!
