Iced Mocha latte-TCB Smile Oct 13, 2011

Have never really been a fan of coffee bean but after trying this drink i am sooo definitely going there more often.Ordered Iced mocha latte which is under their healthier choice menu. It basically has no sugar and it has less calories, etc. Before i drank it,I thought it was gonna be the worst drink ever but I ordered it because I was after gym and was in need of coffee but I needed something healthy so,yes. smile

When i tried it,I was lost for words!!I actually even made my friend try it.It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!It wasn't too light. In fact it had the thickness of milo dinosaur and it sure didn't taste sugarless at all. It was soooo good to actually know that a less-calorie coffee can taste this good!

Lunch break at swensens! Smile Sep 28, 2011

My meal is never complete without dessert and this time, my colleague and I decided to try the white chocolate blondie. YES,it comes in a sizzling, hot pan as you can see from the picture..

It's served with a cake as well as a scoop of butterscotch ice cream. The waiter brings it on one hand, with a mini jug of syrup in his other hand and when he pours the maple butter syrup onto the hotplate, everything starts sizzling uncontrollably!! And then he pours a plate of nuts like peanuts, pistachios and almonds.

You should eat it while its hot though! The blondie might harden when its cooler and the ice cream melts abit too fast so this is one dessert that has to be eaten abit hastily.

Pastamania!! Smile Sep 28, 2011

Turkey bacon Aglio is my MOST FAVOURITE pasta from pastamania ever!! My favourite kind of pasta is the wholemeal pasta and it really makes the pasta a whole lot more healthier. Its made with olive oil and the turkey bacon tastes really really really good!!! If you want, you can even add basil chicken to it. trust me,you will not regret it! Its a teeny bit spicy so for people who can't take spicy food, you might want to take note!

Waffles rule!! Smile Sep 28, 2011

That's the Banana Split waffle!!Honestly,i'm not a fan of banana split. But my cousin loves it and I have never tried it before so i thought hey,why not!
The waffle wasn't too crispy or soggy. It was just the way i like it!It had a very bread-ish texture and the chocolate sauce wasn't too thick either!
It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was abit too little I thought..
The strawberries tasted really fresh, which isn't the case in many of the restaurants that use them in desserts..They usually taste abit bitter when eaten with chocolate but these weren't..

I thought this was worth it!

Choco time with my fav girl! :) Smile Sep 28, 2011

Today I just had to satisfy my craving for chocolate and I also wanted to try something I've never tried before. So, my cousin and I set out to Max Brenner Chocolate Bar where we were really spoilt for choices on what to order.

Eventually,we asked the waiter and he recommended the chocolate souffle. I think your mouth would have watered just by looking at the pic!! When i cut the souffle, the chocolate just oozed out. FANTASTIC,let me tell you! The chocolate didn't taste very sweet..It had a tinge of dark chocolate taste(not too bitter). It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was abit too sweet but it went well with the souffle.

I cant say it's the best souffle as this is the 1st one i've tried but it's definitely a must try!!
(But it might be abit too pricey though)
