Came here to have lunch with my brother.
As always, the queue was really long as this shop is known for one of the best Nasi Padang's in Singapore.

However the food this time round wasn't good
I paid 7 bucks for 1 vege and 1 chicken and it definitely wasn't worth it.
The vege was very cold and tasteless whereas the chicken was filled with skin and fats and the meat wasn't yummy.

Definitely a huge disappointment but this won't keep me from going back to try out their other dishes.

I was out for lunch with my dad and it was lunch period so all the stalls had a long queue.
I ended up going for Mixed Rice even though it had one of the longest queue because of the wide variety of dishes.

I ordered their fried chicken, beans and egg.
The good thing is that they were VERY generous with their curry when I asked for extra.
However, the food was very cold.
The egg had a weird texture and I couldn't eat much of it.
Their beans too did not taste good.
Their fried chicken was the only thing that was of about an average standard though there was hardly any meat on it.

Definitely a huge disappointment and I won't patronize this stall again

Brought my mum here on a rainy day after shopping and ordered their XLB's.
I was expecting much more when I walked into this restaurant but it's interior is very simple.

The wait for the XLB's was unreasonably long!
They lined the container holding the XLB's with salad which was something new to me.
Anyway, the XLB's were of a below average standard.
The skin was way too soft and each and every one of the XLB's broke the moment you tried picking it up.
Although my mum and I picked it up very gently, they all broke and this was such a waste as the most heavenly thing about XLB's is the soup within, which all spilt out.

Definitely the worst XLB's I've tried and with their bad service and high prices, I'm sure to never come back here again!

During our gathering, my friends are I popped by Cold Rock for dessert and a chill out session.
I ordered their Choc Chip Cookie Dough creations as it sounded really good.
For $9.50, I was expecting much much more!

The ice cream was way too chocolatey and quite bitter. I think they might have mixed up my order or something because I asked for Choc Chip but I didn't get Choc Chip. Or maybe they added too much of the chocolate syrup on top.

It was way too overwhelming that I just couldn't finish it.
I couldn't taste the chocolate chip or cookie dough or anything else but the dense, thick chocolate.
Definitely not getting this again!

Upon recommendation from my best friend, I came to try the Nasi Lemak here with a friend.
I ordered the exact same thing as my friend except that she got chicken wings while I got the chicken drumstick and I was charged an extra 2 dollars for that!!
Taste-wise, I think the food was really normal and the food was very cold!
The chicken had too much skin and fats whereas the egg tasted very bland. On top of that, they were both very cold
The only thing I liked was the otah which is home-made.

Definitely will not be coming back here again!
