A while back, I was out with my cousins and we went to Pizza Hut to chill out.

I so badly was craving something chocolatey and thank goodness for the Warm Chocolate Cake at Pizza Hut!
The chocolate cake was very moist and warm when served and when paired with the vanilla ice cream, it was definitely an explosive combination.
The cake was also perfectly chocolatey and gooey.

Definitely no complains about this one!
Very satisfying indeed! lol

Fish & Chicken Set Smile Oct 05, 2011

Categories : American | Fast Food | Kids-Friendly

I've always been a huge fan of the chicken at LJS and never fail to order that while there. However on this particular visit, I decided to give the fish a try as well and so I ordered the Fish & Chicken set which comprises 1 fish and chicken each.

The fish was fried well just like the chicken. However I would say that I'm still a bigger fan of the chicken as it was very tender and juicy and definitely tastier than the fish.

The meal was satisfying as it also came with fries and a drink and the portion was generous.

Spending per head: Approximately $6

2 Piece Chicken Meal Smile Oct 05, 2011

Categories : Fast Food | Halal

For lunch today, my classmate and I went to LJS.

I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal and upgraded my drink to their latest Milo with Nuggets for just an additional 80cents.

The fries were a little soggy but still tasted good. The chicken was really fried well and was juicy and delicious.

Their milo was absolutely refreshing and I loved the nugget bits in it. However no spoon was provided for eating the nuggets so i had to use the straw to navigate the nugget out of the cup.

Overall, the meal was satisfying smile

Onion Omelette Smile Oct 05, 2011   (Related Review)

On yet another visit to Keng Eng Kee Seafood, my family and I ordered an Onion Omelette.

The omelette was served with generous amounts of onions within, giving it a nice crunch. The onions were also cooked well enough so that it didn't taste raw when eaten with the omelette. The omelette served was also of an appropriate thickness.

I doubt that anyone could ever go wrong with Onion Omelettes! As far as I'm concerned, all of the ones I've tasted everywhere has been good. So if you're ever unsure of what to order, get this dish as it won't fail to disappoint! lol

Fried Chicken Smile Oct 05, 2011

Categories : Singaporean Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood

During a family dinner a while back, we tried out Keng Eng Kee Seafood which is located a short walk away from Queensway Shopping Centre.

Being a huge fan of Fried Chicken, it was a must try when we saw it on the menu. And it didn't let us down!

The fried chicken was served in big pieces and was fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside and juicy and succulent on the inside. I couldn't lay my hands off the chicken and had one too many pieces!!

However, the Fried Chicken was a tad oily but I would think this is common as I haven't found a place that has fried chicken which isn't too oily tongue

For all of you chicken lovers, this is a MUST TRY!!!!!!! Be warned however if you are on a diet as with this around, you wouldn't be able to stop eating!

Note: This restaurant tends to be quite crowded over the weekends so be sure to come early or to make reservations beforehand unless you don't mind waiting!
