celebrated my birthday here this year. had a great experience. the ambience is very cozy and romantic . i tried several dishes that night , osso bucco which was cooked to perfection , the meat sliding right off the bone. with a nice marrow in the middle. sea urchin pasta was great ,as well as the reccomended molten chocolate tart dessert. service was impeccable and the chef even came out to have a chat with us that night to make sure everything was good. would definitely head back again.

great hidden treasure in bedok , used to be from the nearby kopi tiam and has now shifted into a proper restaurant setting. the food here is consistently good and fresh. they even give out membership cards which give a nice 10% off. some of their signature dishes like tofu with seaweed and mushrooms are fantastic. great place for family dinners

have been to beng hiang for many years now , a very old school restaurant serving simple fare. my must order dishes are the hokkien mee. the black type. very thick and filled with flavour of the pork lard. the roast chicken is pretty decent as well
prices are very reasonable and is a great alternative from eating at the crowded amoy hawker

Simple Jap Fast Food OK Oct 21, 2011
Categories : Japanese

Tried the Teriyaki Chicken bowl meal as well as the milk teas and miso soup. I have to say that the meals are simple and may look like an option for health-conscious individuals. For the price that you are paying, i believe that Yoshinoya offers a fuss-free option for individuals who are craving japanese meals with a tight budget.
