I must say, the soup is the most memorable thing of this dish. It tastes so good, somewhat sweet. It does not make me thirsty after the meal too.
The chilli paste, wah, is very solid. Confirm plus chop it’s spicy. Not watery at all.
Of course, this stall comes with a long waiting time due to many orders placed. Do not be fooled when you do not see a queue, there are a couple orders made beforehand. So don’t hesitate, try it before you have to wait for 20 minutes!

A outlet that is not difficult to spot, you’d be blind to have difficulty finding it. Just a few tables, the restaurant gives a rather homely feeling. Japanese styled over the kitchen counter seats on high chairs were available too. The plate of tomato sauce vongole rosso I ordered was very very good. The tomato sauce based soup was very creamy for soup and the ingredients fresh! Too bad there is no way for a refill of soup sad

If you cannot do without a chicken feet when you eat wanton noodles, this you cannot miss. Just take a look at that claw, the chicken feet is succulent and soft, the juice and sauce on the feet tastes good even by itself. The mushrooms were quite big but lacked flavour, but still juicy.

My favourite noodle stall at Chinatown! Tried to have a non chilli paste noodle this time and swapped it with green chilli instead. Actually, for the dumpling noodle, green chilli taste much better than the chilli paste as the sour and hot mixture connects with the dumpling’s tenderness. You get to crunch on the chilli ( as they are fresh ) as well as the waterchesnuts in the dumpling! Yummy!

Being lazy to walk to the supermarket or convenience store, I got my fix of my chocolate drink at Each A Cup. The chocolate ice blended was a poor choice for a replacement of chocolate milk, should have had a chocolate milk tea instead. The ice blended somewhat quite close to tasteless but still bearable. Why the weather so hot these days???
