went down for dinner with my family recently, never knew this place existed till then. the place looks quite nice and homey feel, the menu also looked not bad. we ordered several dishes to share together. the onigiri was not bad, quite nice to eat and was actually quite rare for restaurants to sell onigiri and i quite like it. the karage tamago with curry also tasted not too bad

was looking around for food at holland village food center and was attracted by the food aroma from this store so gotten my lunch from here. i ordered the stir fry beef with saba set and the portion was really generous. the fish was qute big and i was quite surprised. the beef was nice and tasty and so was the fish. on the whole, i had a satisfying lunch

just had lunch at holland village then on the way back i passed by umisushi and decided to get the marinated octopus for snack later. i think the octopus was nice and chewy but the bad thing was that the sauce was too salty and concentrated. the sauce was too pasty that i had to rinse away the sauce before eating the octopus

went down for lunch couple of weeks ago and my friend recommended me the nasi lemak store so i ordered my lunch from there. i ordered the fried chicken cutlet which looked so appetising, ladys finger and omelette. the cutlet was really nice though was a little too oily. i think the essence to this nice nasi lemak was the chili, the chili was really nice and it just made the food even more tasty

personally i quite like to eat bean curd but nowadays i find it harder to find nice bean curd till i know about lao ban. i first tried it in school when the students were selling them for charity purposes. the bean curd was really smooth that it really melts in your mouth. normally i do not like almond flavour dessert but this time i tried the almond flavour and i think it was also a nice choice
